Join me as I take you through a 4 Cone Drill For Tighter Handle!
This Drill will help you work on Changing Speeds, Ball Handling and Finishing.
This Drill Please go through 3 Times with your Right Hand & Left Hand.
You Need to Make at Least 5 Layups & Shots
1 Between the legs (3 1 hand Finish and 3 of 2 feet )
2. Behind the Back 3 1 hand Finish and 3 of 2 feet )
3. Double Move, Triple Move Single Move (Mix up each Dribble with Between the Legs, Behind the Back, Crossover, Wraps Dribbles & 3 1 hand Finish and 3 of 2 feet )
4, Wrap behind the back( 3 1 hand Finish and 3 of 2 feet ) )
5. Pull Ups Mix up each Dribble with Between the Legs, Behind the Back, Crossover, Wraps Dribbles )
