From Old Life to New: An Elder Scrolls Story

The New Life Festival is the beginning of the year event celebrated across all of Tamriel. It marks the beginning of a new year, whereas its counterpart, the Old Life Festival takes place on the very last day of the old year.
Almost every major race takes part in this event, and celebrate it in their own unique way, much like Christmas and New Year in our world is different somehow everywhere you go.
