Bless The Child - Nightwish (Guitar Cover)

Here is the guitar part to Bless The Child by Nightwish, from their 4th album Century Child. Enjoy!
I find there is a lot to appreciate in every Nightwish song. Here is a brief analysis going over some exciting goodies you may not have noticed:
0:39 - The guitars and bass groove an E pedal while the strings change chords on top (Em - D/E - G/E - D/E - Em - Dsus/E - D/E || Em - D/E - A/E - D/E - Dsus/E - D/E). The A major makes this section in E Dorian. After this cycle repeats, the key modulates a whole step down to D Dorian.
2:42 - The time signature has changed to 3/4 with this string interlude. After the whole band (and choir) kicks in, the implied chords are: Dm - Am/D - Gm/D - Dm - C. The Gm darkens the song from a Dorian feel to an Aeolian (Minor) feel. One measure of 4/4 appears right before the lyric comes in.
2:54 - During this bridge, the chords change every 3 beats (continuing the previous 3/4 feel) while the drums are actually playing a groove in 4/4. The vocal melody brilliantly ties both together. The whole section is in D Aeolian (Minor), in contrast to most of the songs consistent Dorian feel. The slight modulation keeps the song consistent, while making the new section more dramatic/serious.
3:18 - The band agrees on the 3/4 time feel. The strings come in, with what I consider a counter rhythm, as their 16th notes come right after the guitar/bass 16th notes. I guess I find it interesting that the guitars don't just follow the exact rhythm of the string melody line.
3:47 - The orchestra is responsible for this great cluster, building a theatrical amount of tension. From what I can make out, it's an A7add#9,b13 (but there is probably a lot more going on than I can detect).

The only thing I can complain about is tone. I just hate active pickups. And the way you dialed them makes it a little bit over the top for me. The rest is fine. Keep up the good work.
