Hey Lachlan! I just wanted to say thank you bro, for putting out such quality content. In positional sparring recently I have been getting just smashed in mount. I wasn't trying to win the leg battle at all, next day I applied this. Was pulling mount and escaping like a breeze. Big problems, small fixs! Thank you again bro.
I feel like sometimes people don't realize the little battles that go on In a position like this. Just like fighting for inside space for leg locks or pummeling for takedowns. I always stress to my student to be as efficient as possible every movement they do🤙
Thanks for including the rolling footage. I was wondering how to accomplish this when your opponent has head control on you, but it seems like you are able to muster through.
As someone who is right leaning and studying in a degree in education my experience have been that most of the teaching material or methods, which we are being presented to use when we in the future will work with planing and acting out teaching is heavenly left leaning, but is presented as the way things are or suppose to be. And as someone who also is a Dane, I can ensure you that the wealthfare state won't be able to hold up if more people in Denmark is going to become fatter then the public healthcare system is over with.
This is the mount escape I've been working for the last 3 weeks. The little details help a lot. Thank you Professor.

Lachlan shows the best details! Thank you!
Really appreciate the clips of a resisting opponent at the end!
So good.with the live rolling examples to see it working
Hi Lachlan, do you also have a guard retention instructional coming out soon to compliment your escapes instructional?
