Quick tip: if you think you'll survive the Hall, you don't need to send the bottles up the well. Any bottles in your backpack after beating the Lord will automatically gets added permanently. Sending it up through the well is safer in case you die, but you need to spend a small amount of gold to buy it from the wellkeeper.
So how do I get more charges? Do I have to collect ingredients each time for 1 bottle? Also do you have a video explaining agony mode? I beat viaduct in agony and saw the bar filling and couldn't see what it did. I was getting unique green armors that couldn't be retrieved though
Bosses and elites will be dropping empty bottles every now and then that you can retrieve through the well. I mention this in the video. Each agony level increases amount of enemies and how strong they are. I touch a but deeper on this in my video talking about the recent update.
How do you unlock the last 2 charges of halucinogenic potions? I unlock all achievements made additional 10hrs of runs, and the the only potion chests I find are always empty.
all additional potion charges are unlocked by extracting them through the well then buying them from the guy. They'll usually drop from bosses or elites.

Thank you, unlocked all ingredients, game is much better with potions although getting used to changes in the latest update.

the dragon nettle won´t appear on the forgotten vindicate or on any other stage :(
did they change something?
I think it’s a bug where it just doesn’t show on the necklace. I remember that as well.
Do i need to gather the herbs again When i get a new bottle or just grabing them once allow me to max all bottles as soon as i recall them?
You just grab the herbs once then you collect bottles after that.
