That Eldridge Tint is hands down the most undetectable cosmetic skin product I have ever tried--dying to see what Shelly thinks of it! It's not THEE most hydrating (that honor goes to Jones Road WTF) but it is comfortable all day without the dry-tight-itchies setting in. And of course it is not sticky like the Jones Road--it attracts way less cat hair!
I got this product for $5.17 thanks to a coupon on Amazon that offered extra savings on your first Subscribe and Save order. I got Fair, which is lighter than Fair Beige and looks a tad warmer than Soft Ivory; I'm very happy with the color match (I'm Warm Porcelain in Bobbi Brown, NC13 in MAC, Mont Blanc in Nars, T2 in Lisa Eldridge Seamless Tint, 1n1 or 1w1 in Estee Lauder). This Wet n Wild tint is very fingertip-friendly and responds well to patting in with hands. So far, my face doesn't feel dry/tight/itchy after 5 or 6 hours when I wear this, and it's very "patchable" in that I can pat a tiny bit more on my nose/chin halfway through the day, pat more around my eyes for moisture, etc, without it caking up on itself. That's without powder; I did powder it the other night with Physicians Formula Diamond Blur, and it looked great but I didn't apply more on top after powdering so I dunno. It's a serum tint, not a foundation, so I don't expect 12 hours of redness correction from it. I'd like to see an all Wet n Wild video, yes! And I'd like to see you try the new Lisa Eldridge Seamless Tint! Finally, Charlie looks like my Enzo, who's nearly a year old now and has gone from 1.2 pounds when we found him in the driveway to 13 pounds of zoomy trouble!

Hey Shelly! Been binging your last two weeks of videos today. I slipped and fell on 4/7 and broke my left leg tibia and left ankle. Just had surgery on Tuesday to repair everything with plates and screws. Anyway, I’m down for 4-6 months… I’m going to go back and re binge Mel’s videos too! Would love a WnW video!!!

I have this foundation, and I think I was one of the people who suggested that you try it.
It's nice, but the colors seem to run a bit on the orange side. My skintone is light with warm undertones. I first grabbed light warm, way too orange. Then the color you used, fair beige. A better match. It's a nice foundation. I don't care for the dropper, though.
You have me hooked on the About Face foundation. My only complaint about it is the doe foot applicator. I wish that it was a pump bottle.
Yes, please do a Wet N Wild video. I'm currently loving their Vita Mins Face Mist, which I use as a setting spray on my dry skin. It smells so nice, and very refreshing.

Yeah I like the maybelline super stay skin tint I got shade 220 and it’s too dark. But it’s nice. But it’s like $17 it’s nice to see Wet n Wild is staying at a reasonable price
Hi Shelly, as far as foundations go, I wanted to mention something to you. I see that you had reviewed Purlisse BB Glow a few years ago and wasn’t all that impressed. Wondering if you’ve tried their Vitamin C CC cream. Girl, it’s so good! Not Dewey like the others. A really beautiful finish. I put one layer on (brush is definitely best), let it sit for 5 or 10, and then add a second layer. It actually covers my rosacea red nose without concealer which is amazing. I do use a primer (Wet & Wild Glass Correct works well), use a touch of powder around my eyes and on my nose, and spray with ELF Dewey Coconut Setting Mist. With your beautiful skin, you may not need to set. It’s just beautiful and natural. I think Light would be your color. Good coverage!

Great video Shelly! Can you recommend a blurring light coverage foundation that isn’t too dewy? I know you prefer medium coverage (I do too!) but am needing something that I can use on no makeup days to make my face match my body if I self tan. Thank you as always!
I use the MAC Studio Radiance for this scenario! (The squeeze bottle one that used to be Face & Body, not the newer one). It looks like skin but has enough coverage to match my self-tanning but can also go no-makeup.

Hey Shelly! You mentioned on Patreon that you were looking for a hair product that provided hold but didn’t get yucky between washes. Do either of you Men+Care Molding Paste. You don’t have to use much. Rub it between you hands/fingers then rake through your hair. It’s a dream. Hope this helps!
I will pick some of that up!! I'm still hunting - I have a handmade formula I've been working on but it's a little too much hold.

I got the skin tint right after it came out, tbh I don't remember whether I liked it or not 😆 I tried it only a couple of times bcuz the shade was off (usually WnW foundations pull either too peachy or too pink-ish) 😬 and haven't reached for it since, thnx for the review and for reminding me I have it 😁... Can u do an updated brow routine?
Added to the list! But my routine is kind of laughable :) At night when I do my moisturizer, I wipe whatever excess is on my fingers up through my brows to train them upwards. Then when doing my makeup I use Elf Brow Lift and a spoolie to brush them up. It took about a year of doing that every day before they started to stay put but they still droop down sometimes. I have heavy brow hairs! lol
I'm trying to match myself in the Niacinamide Tint. I'm also Fair in the Tinted Hydrator, but the 2 shades you have look much darker than the Fair Tinted Hydrator. Did you consider Fair in the Skin Tint?

If you have to set a foundation with powder which powders do you set with both high end and drugstore options please !!!!
My favorites are the Jones Road tinted face powder and Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish, and Flower Beauty Light Illusion.
How does it compare with the tinted hydrator in terms of finish and coverage?
Similar finish and I'd say the Tinted Hydrator is actually a little bit more buildable/higher coverage potential than this one (which has always seemed odd with the name of Tinted Hydrator... but I wear it at a solid medium coverage and love it!)
I really think the foundation didn't play well with that primer stick, bc I also have the primer stick and it doesn't work well with many of my foundations. It would look exactly how your nose looked when you first applied it, so I think you should give it another try WITHOUT the primer stick. Either no primer, or use a primer you know works with most foundations

I'd say buildable to a light/mid medium but not to full. Mid to lower end of medium coverage.
I absolutely hated this like one of the worst things I’ve ever put on my skin so since I’m having trouble getting even my Giorgio Armani to work I went back and bought the federal focus foundation Dewey version and I’m telling you the foundation works better than anything in my collection and I have Giorgio Armani Shiseido Dior like a lot of nice foundations and a few drugstore
I like this foundation but the smell turns me off. Very bad. Did I just get a bad bottle?
I just went and sniffed mine since I've had it open for a couple months now. It barely has any scent to it. If I had to describe it, I'd say maybe faintly like crayons? Not a smell I'd seek out but nothing that bothers me. Hope this helps!!
