- Strap yourselves in, this is bound to be a long one. Pause. Ever wondered where you can find every awful VAR decision of the 23/24 campaign? All in one place? Wonder no more, we've got everything the Premier League, Champions League and Bundesliga has to offer. But mostly the Premier League, because we're terrible.

So... filmed this before the Coventry v United game, but i did give my opinions on it in the latest FTW, what you guys saying about that offside?🤔
SHOCKING.🤯.
Would’ve been a beautiful comeback but ofc it’s rigged
Lol
It's offside, nothing to debate about
I 100% believe that if it was Man U with the last minute winner it would have stood
Jumped the gun a little, still 68 more bad decisions left in the season
502 likes and no replies? How?
Kovacic not even getting a booking for 2 red card challenges at the Emirates was a shocker.
he got a yellow
@@b1ued not for the challenges I'm talking about, the yellow came way later when he shouldn't have been on the pitch.
Neither were yellows
@@Swan94y true, they were reds.
Are you arsenal fan by any chance 😅
I know it happened just a week ago but no red card for Jackson annihilating Tomiyasu’s foot to the ground was outrageous
facts
Never a red, stop crying
@Swan94y plenty of players have got red cards for the same thing lad, we need consistency
Mate you won 5-0 it does not make a difference. Can’t cry about this when there’s game changing decisions which stop 3 points from being won or making an fa cup final, this could possibly of changed your gd which is already like 8 or something higher than anyone else
@@CFCEDITS24Tomiyasu could’ve easily gotten injured from that stupid challenge from Jackson… and like someone said above, where’s the consistency?
11:21 if he can’t remember his own name in the ambulance! he’s gotta go!!! 😂😂 died
the three penalty calls in the Nottingham forest vs everton game was crazy, the third one was a definite penalty whereas the other two where debatable. as a forest fan, i was livid
I know VAR caught this one, but this is more of a comment on the officiating, but Michael Oliver really saw Ben Davies kicked in the balls and thought 'yeah, nothing there' 😂
He really didn’t want to give that blatant penalty and you can’t convince me otherwise😂😂
16:08 Niran is describing Sheffields farce of a pen they received which they shouldn’t have got… whilst the picture shows Bowen getting rugby tackled down the other end about 60 seconds later which wasn’t given… shows you how shit VAR is that the editors got confused when trynna find a picture for “terrible penalty decision between Sheffield vs West Ham”
Idk if this counts as a VAR shocker, but it was el clásico when lamine yamal kicked the ball from the left side of the goal and the ball went inside, crossed the white line, and lunin tried to stop the ball from going in, but it already went inside after he saved it, but it didn’t stand as a goal and Barca went on to lose the game
You forgot to mention that Laliga apparently has no goal line technology. 😂 Also I believe this video was filmed before el clasico
@@jorder Well, he said he filmed this video right after the PSG v Barca game and el clásico was after that game not before
The fact that this video is even 20 mins long speaks volumes
“Good process”. Niran everytime he leaves his barbers
Underrated comment 😂
One that is underrated, is Kai Havertz last minute equalizer against Villa, where the Villa player handballs it twice and makes Havertz handball it and it gets given a goal kick
Yeah I know what you mean but they actually did explain that those are the rules. The defender gets the benefit in their own box and here’s the offence does not
@tobikaye2942 that is absolute BS. That game and the Newcastle game were so rigged bro
@@Willaonytarsenal fans always crying all of those calls were right
That's my pick as well - absolutely dumb decision. Plus, Havertz was so close to the defender he didn't even have time to move his hand before the ball touched him AND there is no deliberate hand movement on Kai's part.
@@Willaonyt learn the rules buddy
the two red cards for city players vs arsenal which were not even looked at springs to mind and a bunch of decisions against united, last one from the sheffield united game where a clear handball wasn't given in the 95th minute from the same ref who gave the same thing as a penalty 4 days before that.
Strap in lads it’s going to be a long one
Nirens eyebrows are in the middle of his forehead for half the video 😂😂
“Just use VAR when things are wrong”
Can I use it in my life?
Ashley Young’s 3 ungiven pens against forrest could be one for the list👌🏻
Real vs Leipzig in the ucl was such a disgrace of a game. First the disallowed Leipzig goal which should have counted, then carvajal not getting a red and then also vini not getting a red for hitting a Leipzig players neck
disallowed goal was a clear offside from the player by not letting lunin see the ball come on bro you are obviously a barca fan
@@phoenixplus3602 talking about an error that was to the disadvantage of rb leipzig = being a barca fan. Aha good logic my friend. This might come as something revolutionary to you, but it is possible to criticize refereeing decisions that benefit real madrid without being a barca fan. Actual football fans should call out errors instead of making it all about club loyalties
@@eckdifu it's clear my dude coz literally no one talk about that case beside barcelona fans (and it's pretty obvious that is not a bad reffing decision you guys just spreading the no sense)
Imagine if Marc White was managing Nottingham Forest this season. He would get banned for the rest of the season.
Ah the dead trim, dead knee man has uploaded
This biggest problem in the Prem this season is the absolute lack of consistency. Something isn't a call on Saturday, and then results in a PK on Sunday.
That challenge from Jackson against Tomiyasu in the Chelsea Vs Arsenal game deserved 7 years in prison, let alone a red card
Ref gave Arsenal the advantage by leaving Jackson on the pitch
@@charlieweston7779underrated comment😂
I think Zealand made the best argument about handball penalties - arguing that an arm can be away from the body and not cause a penalty when struck encourages players to keep their arm out in order to make themselves bigger. These "ball to hand" decisions must be given as penalties unless the player is genuinely trying to not put their arms in the way. The easiest thing would be to say it's not a penalty only if the part of arm hit is also in contact with their own torso.
All this VAR talk but the worst drawn line is still your hairline
that newcastle goal vs arsenal
that chelsea (disallowed) goal vs villa
that arsenal goal vs spurs
all similar case but alternating officiating call. this leauge is pure JOKE
Filmed before that
Arsenal goal vs Spurs?
Whats wrong with the newcastle goal v Arsenal? It wasnt a foul
Newcastles goal against arsenal was correct
chelsea disallowed goal was objectively a foul
That Jack Grealish breakaway vs. Liverpool is way worse because the referee initially signalled for an advantage and to play on, but bro saw that Liverpool were about to concede and decided to blow the whistle instead.
Except it was against Tottenham not Liverpool.🤔
To elaborate on the Almere City - Feyenoord example
This one, as you said, was ruled offside. But a very similar situation when Feyenoord played against Atlético in the Champions League was actually ruled a goal for Atlético. Very confusing and quite the coincide that Feyenoord was involved in both instances with it turning out to be ruled in the opponent's favor.
We also happened to lose that game against Atlético 3 - 2 if I remember correctly, which made it a little more painful.
Great video Niran it was actually quite interesting
The fact Mikel comment is missing in the vid is 'Disgracia' 😂
WOW DIDN'T EXPECT THAT.🤯.
Without VAR theres a chance Newcastle are looking forward to a Champions League Semi Final right now.
Why, rules are different in CL, it was hand ball, no debate, no discussion, remember ye were playing in Europe, not PL
@@ipfreely679 it was point blank range and his arm wasn’t exactly in an unnatural position.
If that’s given then VAR should be there to look and say well that’s a very harsh decision.
Champions League having different rules from national leagues is a bit ridiculous.
Kovacic not being sent off against Arsenal was pretty bad
I cant tell you how many times i laughed at Niran’s commentary 😂😂
Seeing VAR chaos every week makes me so happy that i support a league 2 team 😂
Feel Good Inc in the background was class 😁
We need a part 2 of this, I recommend look more at serie a, some terrible var desissions happen there, a lot of them in Inter's favour. For example bastoni elbow against verona late on, not even looked at and lautaro's goal against fiorentina away.
Had to watch a minute RUclips short about a gravel driveway at 9:18 to ensure I could be in full concentration mode for this excellent video
Brave to make this before the end of the season
Class video. Genuinely could make a separate video for United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Wolves and Forrest about all their wrong doings this season. Im all for VAR but if they can't learn to use it properly its better just getting rid of it
When Jarrod Bowen got rugby tackled last minute in Sheffield United box but they apparently think that’s it aloud 😂
That NLD game was diabolical for VAR I swear everything is set up to win the league
It wasn’t a bad officiated game
@Forex_apex334 it really was
@@Forex_apex334u can't be serious
i have to say niran, this video was absolutely fenomenal
Feel you need a whole video for the decisions against Chelsea over the past couple weeks. Actually ridiculous
Another serie A offside call I remember is Amir Rrahmani being offside by the radius of a whisker. I can’t remember the game but I believe it was quite early/middle-early in the season
The fact you got this inside 20mins, it’s about as long as one decision takes to make
14:01 Please do! It would piss me off but it would just show other fans how much we have been robbed
For reffing errors, can't beat the duality of MacAllister's red Vs Bournemouth Vs Caicedo's non-red challenge on Gravenberch. The Bournemouth player got up and finished the match, Gravenberch was out for weeks during a crucial part of the season.
5:38 its a sh*t housery award😂
Anyone remember the Womens World Cup.
England v Cameroon.
Cameroon totally lost the plot towards the end of the game. But it was purely because they were disallowed a perfectly good goal.
The player offside was walking back into her own half and less than 5mm of her heel was in the England half.
Surely by walking into your own half you’re now onside, and even at that it was ridiculously miniscule.
But Cameroon got slated so badly in the media for losing the plot when in reality they were screwed out of a perfectly legit goal, i think it would’ve made the game 1-1.
VAR caused all that nonsense.
also in the bahrain premier league, in a match between manama and al-ahli, manama player Facundo Tobares was called offside in HIS OWN HALF (not even joking), he was making a run close to the halfway line only to be called offside, which cost manama the game
Niran: It's borderline matchfixing for PSG against Newcastle.
Wolves: Hold my beer💀
Finally, someone has mentioned us 😢
@@Monkey4Nthey're after us man, I have no idea what we've done.
2:47 Good Process (from a Newcastle fan 😅)
Even as a bournemouth fan that willy boly one was outrageous
Villa pen shouts and disallowed goal against Sheffield united were insane
The one time I miss majority of the season and it’s just chaos everyday I’m disappointed in myself 😂
Am sorry this happened or congrats😂..enjoyable patter there m8
Ahhhhh, so THIS is what all those Twitter questions were for I presume haha
this season showed me just how much everyone gets screwed over by VAR. and in turn, just how your club can get away with something insanely punishable. i could not believe we got away with Odegaard's handball lol.
Am I the only one who has noticed man is baked as 🤣
I am surprised that Ligue 1 is not in this video, we are the worse users of VAR in Europe
Real Betis vs Real Mallorca November 4th..
Mallorca midfielder Omar Mascarell is on a yellow card and goes in for a tackle on the ball, he gets the ball and gets stepped on by Betis midfielder Marc Roca in the process.
Well Mascarell gets a second yellow, mass protests ensues on the pitch, it goes to VAR (that is a thing in Spain), you can clearly see that he gets stepped on and it’s a yellow or a red to Roca, but no, the decision is upheld and Mascarell is sent off.
This decision was however overturned after an appeal and no red card stood due to an obvious mistake from the blindest referee in Spain.
The goal given against arsenal could be one of the worst as it’s literally title defining as if it comes down to one point they would have lost it because of that decision against newcastle
Odegard handball, Doku karate kick. With just those 2, Liverpool are still in the race. And I didn’t even mention Spurs or Gakpo against West Ham. So I’ll say to you what everybody said to Liverpool fans: deal with it
@matija9540 fax. everyone gets done unfortunately. Burnley could get relegated cus of a poor VAR decision vs luton. Wolves could've finished in Europe but were done over by VAR in a lot of games. Unfortunately VAR is shit and the victim mentality has to stop
@@matija9540 exactly so something needs to change soon. it’s just ruining football at the moment
@@mkdzn9541 it does, I agree.
The newcastle goal wasnt a foul stop crying
If we miss out of Europe because of the bloody VAR there will be consiquences.
Why isn't this video 3 hours long?
Please make a video on how players are being overplayed every season and getting little rest off-season
Ngl I’d love to see a var decision video dedicated to Wolves, as a wolves fan
Yes
as an AC Milan fan there were atleast 2 if not 3 penalties that should'Ve been given against Roma in the UEL
The ONLY justification for VAR would be to eliminate mistakes that do occur, from time to time but EQUALLY, VAR, also, makes mistakes from time to time. Goal Line Technology is Brilliant. Instant and 100% accurate. VAR ruins the flow and momentum of the game and stifles any GENUINE celebrations as it has long got to the stage where fans, players, and Managers do not fully celebrate as they are worried that their joy will be shortlived and they will feel deflated as it is worse to be given something and have it taken away then never having it. You now have SECONDARY celebrations, often minutes later, of a Big Brother Screen. JOYLESS and SOULLESS and often more cheers for goals NOT given
I would like a end of year tier list (including VAR disagreements you missed) e.g van de vens goal against arsenal
I was watching Everton v Forest on Romanian TV, At the end the man who commented the game was saying "this is a different sport, they have different rules and the referee don't know what's a foult or handball" was so funny to hear that but after watch a little more of other leagues I give them credits for that comment. But at the end footbal is footbal and there should be same rules, Footbal was so much better before VAR
Love the video. But you should add the clips next time for context
The Norwegian elbow has to be the worst of these. Try that on the street and you're being arrested.
The fact this video is 20 minutes is crazy 😂
the 4th coventry goal wouldve made the list if niran had recorded this after the game
We forgetting the Burnley handball at forest and Luton’s last minute equaliser against Burnley?
The Real Madrid one is kinda acceptable when you see the whole game.
Valencia had the ball in the back of the net in the exact same circumstances in the first half.
09:33
I've been in this exact same scenario, 2 v 1 on the keeper, the keeper came out to our striker who pulled it back to me 8 yards out, no goalkeeper, ball on the floor about to side foot it in and the ref blew full time 😭 as a full back who usually only scores 1 or 2 per season that annoyed me 😠
Imagine just getting rid of refs and using AI. Consistency, check. Wiggle room/safety margin engineering, check. No more corruption, check. AI will be smarter than 99% of people in a couple of years. So obviously, smarter than 100% of referees.
you could make an entire video on the decisions that went against barcelona
Only 20 min? It's way better than I expected
Still gonna be asking for your thoughts on Robertson rugby tackling Toney
That Doku foul, even the ball was suffering 😢
PEC vs Fortuna, the Fortuna player clearly hit the ball but the VAR says "it wasn't clear if he did"
you can literally see the trajectory of the ball majorly change...
PEC vs Almere too, PEC scored in the final minute of stoppage time but it gets ruled as offside, even though the ball came from an Almere defenders foot
VAR in AFCON so good and simple, VAR outside AFCON..... 😓
Niran wouldve been a VAR decision if not for the old knee injury
20 minutes 💀💀
Very glad you covered that Almere - Feyenoord one!
I was rarely THAT fuming with a decision this season but that one did my head in. Hence why i commented that under that tweet you posted cause i felt like people needed to know about that horrendous mistake 😅
Still don't know what the thinking was behind that lol. Completely clueless decision
The fun thing about that moment is that Feyenoord had the same situation used against them when they played Atletico away in the CL.
could do a 20 minute video on Wolves’ season alone
surprised those Kovačić tackles on arsenal vs man city where not on here, both should have been a straight red but he gets a yellow and does the same thing later and it isnt even called
The fact that somebody got knocked cold for 2 minutes with no red card is absolutely discraceful
Very
Agonising
Racis-
That thumbnail is the best click bait of the year
Bro missed kovacic arsenal one😢
Should've talked about the barca calls
Passed out for 2 minutes????😂🙌🏾
16:13 wasn't given a pen
Coming from Almere it’s funny to hear someone from the UK pronounce the city name😂
4:19 - 5:52 you were playing Fell good inc by Gorrilaz and it was a instrumental
honestly, if you made a video about the var decisions that have gone against wolves this season it could go on for a couple of hours... trust me i watch every single game
Exactly
Well wolves beat city through bad decisions but id agree
I know this was 22/23 season, Liverpool v wolves FA cup. 2-2 in the final minutes of stoppage time wolves had a "winning" goal disallowed by on pitch officials, for a dubious offside, VAR couldn't overrule the decision because at Anfield, one of the top stadiums in European football, VAR couldn't get a camera angle to confirm the decision so they went with on pitch decision. Yet wolves own tactical camera showed there was no offside
