This is exactly what I was thinking about doing for my aging 3D printer someday. I already replaced the other cooling fans in the printer, but that PSU fan is still a bit of a leafblower. Good tips on how to switch the pin polarity, and to remove the old plug for splicing it. I've done that before, and it's good knowledge to pass on. Great video!

You should add a warning at the beginning of the video about working with mains voltage.
If the PSU is unplugged as shown in the video, there is no mains voltage.
@@TH3DStudioOlder power supplies may lack a capacitor discharge circuit and can still shock you.
@@TH3DStudio Always beware of the capacitors.
What size fan is it?
Usually they are 60mm size.
