You have to do three hours and Tom only has to do two hours? That’s not fair! Love you Tim and I can’t wait to check out ‘It Never Ends’ it’s sounds amazing and enriching
Doctor Robert should have been there instead, it's not a perfect list, clearly, but I think ranking Beatles worst is a bit "reaching". They're the greatest and most influential band of all time, even their worst songs are still more interesting than a lot of stuff on Pop radio today.
@@bernlin2000 I love Doctor Robert ha. But I can see what you're saying. For me The Long and Winding Road is the only Beatles song I always skip and never want to listen to ever. Just cheesey, boring, elevator music schlock. In my opinion.
Great early song, written before The Beatles were The Beatles. Better than "Love Me Do" c'mon lol. I think the 1970 recording really livened up the sound of the song, and the band was definitely not out of ideas, Tim has to be trolling.
Yellow Submarine, Octopus Garden, I am the Walrus etc were a treat to listen to as a kid & my introduction to The Beatles. they're the gateway songs and have NO place on the list
My uncle used to make fun of me for loving The Beatles. He thought they were overrated. And he used to make fun of I Am The Walrus, which I hadn’t heard since I was still little. The way he described it made it sound very silly. Then I finally heard it and loved it. Much to his chagrin.
Claudia seems so familiar. I guess it's mainly from her Office Hours appearance back in May. But also she honestly looks a lot like Mark Prosch to me. I mean a good looking female Mark Prosch
On The Best Show sometimes if a caller is droning on and on Tom will fade in the song 'Bad Company' as a goof until the caller gets that they're being drowned out. Jason was trying to force that to happen but Tim wasn't really looped in. It definitely didn't work this time, no fault of Tim's.
#2 (One After 909) and #3 (Good Day Sunshine) are just absurd imo, both are good songs, 909 is a great early song for the band, better than what's on the first record, for the most part. This list is very uneven, although I agree with Maxwell at #1...that song should never have been.
I appreciate Maxwell being at the top of the worst: Paul put the band through the ringer for that lame-ass song, so it gets the top spot for that aggravating factor. It wouldn't be so awful if they had shot it off quick in the studio, instead of it taking apparently longer than any other song on the Abbey Road.
What others have mentioned, but also because Tom encourages all age groups to call, including kids. It's one of the show's strengths, that Tom will let people who aren't usually given a chance on the radio to chat, including gay and trans people, elderly people, and others.
That's because despite the fact that hip-hop and various forms of electronic music (dance or otherwise) are great genres, the Beatles and Dylan pretty much made better music and were far more talented
I don't know who this Tim guy is but he's gotta go. Seems like a bad guy, and boring. Nobody knows about the Beatles anymore, and they've all been dead for ages anyway. Big mistake by Tam Shapling.
Can’t wait to see what Jerry has in store for the Boss next tour.
I have a strong suspicion his real name is Phil.
Mirth, Merriment and Calls! That’s what I love about the best show, ‘with hosts like Tim you can’t lose!’ Love to Tom & co!
Definitely a 5 bagger

Check out Search Party. He's incredible in it.

John’s the man. Similar to Tim in how everything he does is funny
really??? he never says anything funny here
Watch his Netflix Characters episode
i laughed out loud when that caller said that fun is the one thing money can buy. so true.
shocked and scared to not see Tom. but Tim… saves the day.
That’s gotta be Uncle Phil on the third call in
Why can't you just take the man at his word?
I couldn't tell if Tim didn't realize it or was just playing along. It was vintage Phil, obvious from word one. Amazing.

@@MaoistBanker Phil Braun, he calls into office hours he's great 😅
Best of luck to Jerry. He’ll be a solid number 2 for Mr. Springsteen.
How can you possibly dislike 12 Beatles songs more than Wild Goddamn Honey Pie?
Love when Tim genuinely appreciates people.
Was that Phil?
What a show! I'd go as far as calling this the BEST SHOW
Wow! Tim IS like Dylan
in alotta ways

It was very bad. Very bad.

Justice for Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da!

Lark's Trinity in Aspic
In their listing, they've misunderstood, I hope they get it, The Word is good.

you forgot "Run for your Life" ... he's singing about killing his girlfriend

I disagree for sure, one after 909 is definitely not good.
The version of One After 909 on the Anthology is great. The hippiefied version on Let It Be sucks.

Phil kinda drives me nuts on OH but this bit was extraordinary.
Damn Tim is basic, he just learned about Arthur Russell. We been on that.
Ob-la-di Ob-la-da is one of my to top 10 best Beatles songs
Tim is getting so "ginger" as he matures.
Also, stepping it up to the Neumann? noice!
Dudio is such a snooze
yeah, his role in the show should be faded to the background, the intro, shoe horning him in, just feels like a way to waste time.
Drive My Car also sucks. Beep beep beep beep yea.
How is “All You Need Is Love” not on the list

I can't believe this Ringo hate
Good night SUCKS
I think the real Tim and the Tim right-wing "character" are more similar in terms of personality than he would have you believe
Yeah...
not familiar with this show. why is no swearing allowed?
It used to be an FM radio show for like 20 years so they couldn’t swear but they just kept it like that when they switched to internet radio
No terlet mouths!
Yeah it was originally an FM radio show and lots of kids listen and call in to talk to Tom and plus swearing is just trashy and not funny
What others have mentioned, but also because Tom encourages all age groups to call, including kids. It's one of the show's strengths, that Tom will let people who aren't usually given a chance on the radio to chat, including gay and trans people, elderly people, and others.
Will never get over relatively young guys like Tim and Tom obsessing over Beatles, Dylan, etc...as if Hip Hop / EDM never happened.
That's because despite the fact that hip-hop and various forms of electronic music (dance or otherwise) are great genres, the Beatles and Dylan pretty much made better music and were far more talented
I know I'm so sick of tim and his boomer buddies he's never even heard of Death Grips
Edit:it's literally pathetic
It's so cringe how John was wearing a Dr. demento T, but didn't know who he was.

I disagree big time with many of these songs being on the list. Northern Song is an incredible song
I think they should have not bothered with putting covers on the list
Claudia is so painfully cute !
I find her quite irritating and insufferable
Love tim but cmon, you rag on Rogan for having long boring podcasts…
I don't think these people even like The Beatles. Utterly clueless and unappreciative.
ps Claudia can't be anything else BUT hot.
Why is the co-host wearing a mask?
Because he doesn't wanna risk it ?
A guy like that probably wears a mask year round both inside and outside.
He has to know there is a camera on him and he is isolated.... I wonder if he wears it in the shower at home...
I don't know who this Tim guy is but he's gotta go. Seems like a bad guy, and boring. Nobody knows about the Beatles anymore, and they've all been dead for ages anyway. Big mistake by Tam Shapling.
What a waste
Tim seems to love hanging with people that are half his age, and it comes off really creepy
What is creepy about it, specifically?
It's more midlife crisis cringey I suppose
these two are in their mid to late 30s, tim is not 60-70 years old
