I truly respect your oppinion, but if he knew a way out, he'd obviously take it and not stay in all this pain. This man is suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts (as he's stated). He probably needs therapy - which will take quite a long time until it shows some effect and a new approach to life and his emotions, maybe through meditation and/ or buddhism or stoism. I'd claim he's a HSP and struggles with his emotions and feelings. The points I suggested above are proven to help some people with these symptoms. That would be my suggestion to him. What's yours? It sounded like you criticized him and everyone in his situation at the end of the video, but didn't provide ideas of what could help him in the future...
There is a way out for everybody, and there’s help for people but sometimes people don’t want it, why get help to just be told what you already know? Phora’s music is like he say “real and raw” and that’s the point, his music may not seem like it “gives hope” but it gives people something to relate to, helps them feel like they aren’t alone and the only ones going through pain and trauma and depression, and it’s a connection through the music that helps. Not everybody can see that and it’s also because a lot of people only want to see the positive but you have to come to the realization that it’s ok to not be ok. If we paint this picture in our head that we always have to be happy then you’re setting yourself up for failure in my opinion and those hard times shapes you and prepares you for more and that’s the hope I get from Phora, even through him getting shot and all his trauma look what he’s done with it and the platform he has, he’s done it all by himself and gives people hope in his own way that not everybody may be matured enough emotionally to see because they don’t relate to it or they have their own closed mind about specific things and how they should be.
That doesn't necessarily mean your not with God.Those people end up having a bigger heart and bigger faith than those who claim to be Christians and righteous
