Will’s Waste 103

  • The newest addition to Will’s fleet. I believe the body is a suuuuper old new way mounted atop a newer ford. This truck is a huge improvement and cuts the route down to 2 loads as opposed to 4+ in 102. Lot of dark footage as most of the footage was filmed between 2am and 6am. The dark showcases the sick strobes and bright work lights that the truck is outfitted with. Despite running on 1 hour of sleep, this was still a really fun experience and I think the video came out well.
Enjoy Will & Ben hauling through the route!
    Happy Birthday Will 🎉

Why they use the bin lifter so rare?
It's more work to drag slippy bags out of a bin...and much more dangerous...
Sorry, ask for s friend 😂

I am amazed they are allowed to run in the middle of the night.

Why not a full CDL truck if the route is 2+ loads and growing? Regardless, love this project that will put together. Old New Way packer is sweet on the fresh new Ford. Happy to see him continue to grow the business!

Tires, fuel, etc etc. I imagine once Barnacle Boy there gets his license he'll be in his own truck and they'll really fly through these stops.

Fantastic video, great description too. Those strobes at night sure stand out, love the night footage as it is a real point of different. Brilliant looking truck too, it is cool to see these smaller trucks. Surprised they start so early and not do more of their route during daylight hours? I guess the streets are quieter and the dump/transfer station would have less of a wait time etc. Keep up the great work!

Believe it or not but majority of companies start their routes around 2 am and 3 am while other drivers opt to start their routes at 12 am and such.

@@Cos.1sCommercial guys do that a lot, not so much resi guys to my knowledge. 2 am is a little early for most haulers.

@LEU_WM_266 I forgot to mention that, most resi guys start around six, I always found it interesting with how far they send commercial trucks. can only will's waste buying a larger truck when they expand more, new way king cobra seems like a good choice imo

Thanks! They run some pretty rural areas that during the daytime are ridden with 18 wheelers hauling ass causing it to be pretty dangerous. So as a safety precaution they get out there before the traffic. They’re usually at the dump as soon as it opens up. Thanks for the comment!
