For claiming asylum you have to go to UNHCR, get refugee status, then you can try to find sponsors from a third country such as canada for resettlement.
Thank you so much for responding me and i don't know anyone in Canada but my brother is in USA so can he sponsore me to be resettled to USA if i get refuge status ? and second question is that i want to go third country embassy directly without going to UNHCR and give my asylum or refugee application and choose the country which is favorite or appropriate to be moved?

Youre welcome. For now, only canada has a sponsorship program.
You can not directly go to an embassy and ask for resettlement. Chances are so low. I do not suggest that.

The one who is reading my comment please help my family I'm a refugee in Indonesia for more than 10 years under UNHCR and still right now I don't get any resettlement please help me so my kids future will be bright and my last daughter have a rare disease, the doctor in Indonesia say that if they do the surgery my daughter was not able to walk so please help my family the one who can.❤

Hi iam in italy and have subsidiary protection 5years papers .can I apply for canada resttelment refugee or not ?
You can apply but you must have a strong claim for Canada to accept you. Good reasons why you can not stay in Italy.
I would say that I was born in Australia but never received my citizenship. My parents applied for refugee visa due to their religion being different and they got a good ground and received temporary resident then they applied permanent residency before my birth.
My dad moved us to his country and didn't let us leave and due to my mother didn't know the language she couldn't go out and ask for help because most people didn't speak English or HIndi.
He was murdered couple years and my family took over his business and treat us like outsiders because of our religion (Christianity while they are Muslims).
My father's murder case has been shut downed and the murderers still out. I met one of them when I was 16 and he threatened to kill me afterwards.
We have no future and out family do not care if we live or not. They are strong arming me to give them a plot of land that my dad got through his father.
We are worried if I do sign it they would stop giving us the bit of income from my dad's business or kill us regardless.
Is it a strong case and can we apply to return to Australia ? I lived there for 5 years and my mother worked in a hospital in Australia as a catering manager.

You can not apply for resettlement, but you can apply for sponsorship and get resettled that way.

@@nurhusain2853 not UN. Canadian private sponsorship is through the Canadian immigration.

Please add this, Resettlement doesn't mean will get citizeship, refugees will only get permit to stay "temporary", when permit expired they will deported.
This year Sweden will deport 80000 refugees, Greece 10000, Canada 10000, turkey 80000, USA will deport million. For refugees that think can move whole familiy please remember "Citizenship is not FREE"
kosa kata unfortunately your information is incorrect. Resettlement is the legal movement of refugees from the country of transit ( which in this case is Indonesia) to a third country that is a party to the refugee convention such as australia, canada, etc (permanently and with permanent residency, and later on citizenship). No country is allowed to deport refugees back to danger and war zones unless the refugee person decides to do so. No refugee permit will ever expire.

I dont agree with you,once your under unhcr they take care of everything,what is that your saying temporally
They care of nothing. Only provide protection against deportation. Thats all.
