Actually, Hakka Noodles indeed is Indian dish.. Was discovered by Chinese cooks when they arrived in India.. Made noodles using locally available spices And dubbed them as "Hakka Noodles"!!
Chef please share your experience people say don't eat cabbage as it has worms which are unseen...I have stopped eating Chinese just bcoz raw cabbage is used in Chinese food ...how to use cabbage in right way while making chinese??
Haven't really followed any of your direct recipes but ofcourse my basics are very clear now and I've learnt what size veggies to cut for which dish and the proportion of masale to onion/tomato pastes and time to cook. Very helpful!
The argument you gave sounds ok theoretically. Even when you are eating you have to cut into small size. Such long pieces are usually not suitable for intestine. Normally people do not chew instead just swallow. As a result i prefer rice noodles or rice in place of maida noodles.
Yes indeed i find it irritating too myself and sometimes when you wear a white shirt and your are having such long noodles it does fall on your shirt and spoil

Yes Manish jee ever since people have kind of banned MSG hotels do use Aromat which is a sister of MSG and does the same thing almost....its like seasoning that you get with instant noodles all of them have it..
