I think the New rarities skin is epic like brawl stars u can earn a profile icone but if a new skin raritie is coming squad busters have to make super rare skins into tickets (maybe 850 tickets ) and for the epic maybe 1250 tickets this can be a good idea

Only Super Rare skins are a bit more rare than the other ones: they can only return for money, so they will less appear than others Rare skins in the shop for tickets are really common since everyone can have them, and no they’re not limited skin for now
