He is just reading available data, not providing his ideas on the format point blank. You are definitely correct in your statement, but it is not the kind of video made for predictions
Haha I'd say it was more so in reference to the fact that it is nowhere near game-ending when you resolve Magnamhut against either Maliss or Ryzeal (compared to some of the previous formats). Sure, let's say you stop the Fiendsmith part of Ryzeal (or any other deck using Fiendsmith as an engine), but that doesn't feel like I accomplished too much tbh. I didn't say Bystials were bad though!
@@HakunaMyDatamagnamut or druiswurm on requiem answers the entire fiendsmith ryzeal board. you trade with paradise, they cant make caesar, and then on your turn you crash your druis to out the detonator
Its funny looking at this page of staple cards and theres only like 4-5 on this entire list that don't just instantly kill live twins lol Hopefully their new anti-hand trap hand trap helps them a lot. Kind of funny as well though that even with 2 maxx "C" knockoff cards Imperm and Ash are still undisputed best hand traps. Crazy to me how they have never been hit and aren't even considered to be worth hitting.
Haha so I think if the cost wasn't a factor, you'd still see both Mulcharmy cards higher up on the list. Even though they were based on regional-level events, there will still be many players at that level who would be unwilling to spend on those cards. Regardless, I think Ash/Imperm would still come out on top anyways!
Have you read the new twin cards? It makes the deck so insanely resilient to handtraps, it’s kinda crazy. If fiendsmith doesn’t get hit majorly there’s a pretty good chance it sees a lot of meta play imo.
Didn't quite make the cut! Obviously a good card, but since only select decks can play it due to its restrictions (and not being nearly as good as Impulse), I'm not too surprised it didn't hit the overall tier list
You can't target desirae with ultimate slayer while sequence is equipped.
Whoopsies you’re right! Didn’t think that through while talking haha
Bystrial not being good?! Have you seen the fiendsmith ryzeal deck?

@@HakunaMyData Yeah true. I had a few mulcharmies but I traded them away because I just wasn't seeing hundreds of dollars of value out of them.
