We just got one! Liking it so far. I went to the gym in the winter for incline walks on the treadmill but when it got nicer out we walked outdoors and did home workouts like hiit & Pilates at home!
@@nikkiespinosa8854if you don’t need them for lactation purposes leave out the yeast! Brewers yeast is just for milk supply - it’s different than regular yeast. So just leave it out :)!
