I absolutely LOVE IT! Many artists keep their techniques under lock & key but I believe that when you share, your cup will always run over. Thank you for sharing your gift with the world.
I couldn’t find the class to purchase that you referred to. I love your generosity in explaining your techniques. I have finally all my diy products and am so anxious to start!
Beautiful work. Would be helpful to have more description of your process along with more video of it. For instance, not sure what you put onto the paper after sanding it but before the Cece Caldwell paint. Glaze? What the paper is and what the spray adhesive is. I did notice in the comments the paper is gift wrap from Spoonflower. Also, video of you applying the yellow would've been really helpful as well for total newbies like me ☺️
Thank you. I didn't apply any CeCe Caldwell's paint. I used her sealer over the paper after I applied it. The spray adhesive is from Ace Hardware and called Super 77. Thank you for ordering my tutorial. I'm a newbie at this and am learning from each one. Thank you for your patience.
Dionne Woods I should add, thank you for making the tutorials! They're very helpful and I love watching them. And just fyi, we will not get bored watching you paint.
I would like to know if you paint the tops and sides of drawers and doors. I find sometimes if I do they tend to not want to open as well all of a sudden
Vicki Barber you need to sand the edges of the drawers and the area around where the drawers fit back in. The paint is what has added thickness, which is why they won't slide. Hope this helps.
Thanks you so much for the great Tutorial. At an affordable price. hope to see more. where did you get the paper? Thanks again Leslie owner of RoseNthore
You are hilarious "now I have to come up with something to say" because people will be disappointed in your little announcement. That's too cute. You don't have to come up with anything. You just say what you were going to say. Its peoples own fault if they were let down because they jumped to conclusions making assumptions. Too cute :) Interesting techniques! Were you ever afraid when you started doing this that you were going to mess up a piece? I get afraid of that sometimes like oh man am I going to totally destroy this?

Hello Dionne, What did you use over the paper after sanding a first time? A brown stain to age the paper? Thanks for the video!
Yes, I just grabbed a brown stain in a hickory shade.
Dionne Woods Ok yes! Thanks!
Lovely job...I will try it....but I would of thrown that block sander against the wall....lol
