Hey Naz , former hospital clerk here and unfortunately the hospital is actually the one pushing the clerks to go in and collect those payments. It’s similar to sales in the sense that they want to see how much each department is bringing in regardless of the circumstances. A girl on our team had to collect a payment one time from a burn victim and the patient was freshly rolled into the ER. Otherwise you do get in trouble. Hospitals view the patients as dollar signs , nothing more. There is definitely a lack of compassion in the healthcare industry. 🙁
I really respect that you show a realistic idea of what parenting is. The sweet moments and the more stressful ones! I don't have kids yet but I like seing a realistic family on social media ❤
My favourite part of the video is when you get up in the morning wishing to be a morning person. Girl I can relate. My son gets up at 5/5:30 every morning and I am not ready. Plus I have a 2 month old too. Just let me sleep children 😂😂❤️
