The same thing used to happen to me with Melatonin and I switched over to CBD sleep gummies and its much better; you dont feel as tired the next day. Its crazy how you could be so tired but because our minds are racing non stop we cant get good sleep-working mom problems lol. Thanks for sharing relatable content

Naz, try taking magnesium at night 1 hour before bed. Much better than melatonin. My body likes magnesium citrate, others like magnesium glycinate. Experiment and see which works best for you
