Stun does indeed make part breaking easier, it's buried in one of the loading screen tooltips as well as the journal. A big benefit when you're going for certain mats like Bahamut's horn or Pyet-A's tail.
Very much loving your guides! I especially appreciate you plainly laying out each character's plan - things like how with Id you don't want to linger in power up states because of how insane godform finisher is It might seem obvious to some people but it's not to me, and I also greatly appreciate things like mentioning "don't do io's light combos, charge the hits" or "Siegfried's air attacks suck". Excellently made guides, I'll keep watching them as you release them, and my wrists thank you for that tip in the lancelot video
thank you for the video i am sick right now so it is nice to know i have things to watch :) also i don't know much about this game at all but from looking at your thumbnails i think all the characters have super cool designs
Siegfried has been my main since the beginning of Relink. Absolutely LOVE this guy. For an additional piece of tech that is notable for Siegfried is being able to combo skip. I believe another content creator has finally released his video on it? Not too sure. It does require the Improved Dodge Sigil or secondary. Perfect Light then dodge you see the ping four times and you'll be able to use your finisher straight away. This can potentially be good in times where you'd want to destroy something on the side fast as possible before switching back to the boss. You can also spam dodge to delay Perfect Execution should the boss or target just be barely out of range and/or move. Additionally, it IS possible to hit his Perfect Execution twice, however, it will require a link to happen during your Perfect Execution. From the very first moment your P.E. hits as a Link hit pops up, hit (in my case) B and it will reset your P.E. allowing it to be used a second time allowing for another big finisher combo. Chances of this happening will not be very common, but it is something to keep in mind for when it's available. As far as other sigil options, you can toy around with Tranny, Stamina, and Aegis combo to focus on damage capping through the raw scaling they provide over various other modifiers. An additional note is the Drain Sigil can also stack with the drain from Salvator to add even more self sustain capability. These Sigils are not necessary by any means just extra options to toy around with and see if you'd like to incorporate them to your build or not. All in all, great guide on my man! Thanks for this video!
I immediately clicked with him when I played him, but his playstyle reminded me a lot of PSO2 actually. It has a very similar mechanic of having a perfect timing on your normal attacks to do more damage and that was one of the more fun parts of the core systems of that game for me, so I have a ton of fun with Siegfried!!|
unfortunately they set siegis dmg cap quite low, which is mainly responsible for his output, until midgame his dmg was outstanding and then dropped quite heavily due to reaching his abysmal dmg cap, I'm just hoping they will adjust that at some day
I'd like to point out uses for Dragonslayer's Dominance, mainly the effect is a nice DEF boost you can keep up quite often, but it will give you a second to get back on target (Y Lunge is good for this as well) and allows you to get off the Veil or DEF Buff without be interrupted right when you would need it the most. Also this is your time to use Nelah Nav (which doesn't have Stout Heart) into Uwe/Lunge to continue the combo seamlessly. I understand the reasoning for not using it, but not everyone can play perfect all the time, I don't want other players to think they shouldn't run it cause it's "bad" or "redundant". It's a useful sigil.
"Narmaya doesn't get to safety, average Narmaya player" 😆 Jokes aside, useful guide and great info. I got Siegfried's terminus weapon so I figure I'd build him up and give him a try. Thanks for putting this together!
In regards to bosses leaving lunge range, you can actually chain perfect timed dodge to help close the remaining distance without needing to start the combo over (easier with Improved Dodge). The timing window is about 3/4s of the way through the dodge animation. It also can be done during downtime to reenter combat with a Perfect Execution.
he won't hit the cap on everything with just that, but with attack buffs or defense drops from allies and such he probably could which may be why. He really needs buffs to his caps lol
Despite easily hitting dmg cap w/o tyranny, he's the most fun character I played Rocking improved dodge and max nimble onslaught so I can freely chain skip his moves
I hope we get the ability to use the atk buffing skills for the characters in the future. Feels a bit sad using his Manigence buffs all throughout the Early mid and late game just to take it off when max build terminus weapon/high invest weapon is equipped haha. I miss my buffing skills, but his crazy good Defense buff is a nice replacement for me (which I believe is just undoubtably the highest def up for the party and even higher than Vane's like 50% buff for himself LMAO) but I heard later in Granblue they introduced damage reduction on bosses, so we may actually have to use them for future content to hit the damage cap. Here's hoping we get more use out of buffs then. Great guide as usual, been following you for a while and nice to see you cover this game
I really like his design but man his DMG is so underwhelming... He was my main and my 1st well-built character but then everything is changed after I build Percival and Lancelot... They are far stronger than Sieg and way easier to play... Even with his perfect timed combo, his dmg is still weaker than Lancelot ez normal atk spam or Percival charge atk combo... You will miss his combo sometimes because the screen is filled with a lot of stuff happening, especially during SBA... Like, his playstyle is already painful, at least make his Perfect Combo dmg comparable to other DPS... I hope they buff him somehow, because his "tankiness" alone is not enough to justify his low dmg... I never use his deff buff... I can survive just fine with Improve Dodge, and Potion Horde sigils...
@@TsunaTakahiro Getting MVP is not hard for Sieg since he has tons of utility... The training dummy didn't lie thou... I can see the difference very clearly even in boss fight... I cleared most bosses in less than 4 mins with Lancelot/Percival (AI companions) while Sieg took almost twice as long (5-8 mins)...
hmm it's really just learning the timing but typically just press the button right after the attack connects and you should be fine. what do you mean by chain cancels?
@@MegaIata for the proud mode missions they're all over 10000, but you can get away with lower power if you've got good enough equipment. Power isn't really a good metric to determine how strong you actually are, in my opinion.
I love Siegfried, but he's also such a disrespectful character in the midgame lmao. I was just superarmoring through most boss attacks and getting fast clears. Definitely built some bad habits though.
kinda sucks he does half the damage of the good characters. unfortunately he and ghandagoza are my favorites and they both suck. i guess i like the timed attack feel
Siegfried mains rise up
He may not have the biggest damage, but he got that mobility girth.

thats a hidden gem here, yes it indeed does that, especially helpful for breaking tayu itar legs or future content when this will be relevant
Siegfried AI with max Cooldown and Cascade is my best friend.

Enel doing my main in Granblue Fantasy Relink, love to see it.
He really does feel like a Xenoblade character. Thanks for the guide, Enel!

Really been waiting for this one. Thank you so much for introducing me to this game. It's the game I've been waiting for that I didn't know I wanted.
Once again another amazing video from teach. Here's hoping for Cagliostro or Charlotta next!
He already did charlotta

i had been wondering why i thought sieg felt so fun and you pointing out that it felt like art canceling had me like OH SHIT
You forgot to mention the biggest upside of playing sieg, that being his insane drip
I'm tickled by the fact that Nelah Nav is just Van Halen backwards

Dang, We were so close to getting an uwu from big man Enel, we'll get 'em next time
If you are using Controller, turn on vibration and time your attacks on the vibration, easy perfect inputs, same goes for ghandagoza
I thought this was for versus and got excited.
Been having fun with relink tho but relink made pick up vs after playing sf6 for a while
Finally
Ty
I got every Terminus weapon in about 70 hours. Really not a bad grind

you can probably just run steel vernes only, he gets stout heart on his main combo, gap closers, and perfect execution

Off topic but War Elemental doesn't work on enemies with no element right? Like the Nihilla monsters?
apparently it does but some enemies do have innate damage reduction which is why I got confused before when I said that.
