But we never see behind the scenes how many times they ran a verse over and over and over until they get it. I have seen many of my friends beat themselves up cuz they are not perfect. Seeing professionals not be perfect and working hard to get there is really inspiring. We need more of this.

I have always thought Jessie J was one of the best singers of our generation, and even though she struggled here at a few points, I think this is one of the best covers of the song I have heard!!

People think it's cool to bash Mariah these days but will share fake sympathy and immense praises when she passes on. I thought this was one of the easier songs for mariah to sing. she herself said it’s easy to sing for her so I never thought is would be this hard. but to see even JESSIE J struggle to sing this song, i now under set and how hard mariah songs are to sing. no wonder mariahs voice deteriorated over the years. but anyways mariah is still super good now. always a legend and queen

As a fan, I thought she could sing all songs, but watching this video makes her more admirable. Jessie J has proudly shown her frustration as a singer (head voice) and how she embraces it and strives to be better. She really is so grounded!
I've seen her doing 'head voice' in a studio: singing MJ's Rock with You... It was great. The guitar & keyboard guys were smiling at each other she was so good.

i saw her live twice. she's an amazing vocalist. her attitude towards live is amazing too. it seems like she's in a great space in life.
