Crosby was my favorite character who disappeared. He had charm and character to him. I'm not sure if we'll see him again following the events of Black Ops 2, but he was a cool side character I liked a lot.

Well McKnight was the sniper for that mission you get to see him in....only see him in the cutscene Prior to the mission but he does provide sniper support. It's been a while but I think Brooks and Crosby both die in battle similar to Meat and Royce in MW2 atleast ik for a fact that happens to Crosby
Brooks was a great character...He returned In CODM But Didn't Have Any Further story after we saw him In WMD...But Black Ops Could Introduce Him In newer games with some good roles..lots of characters are getting wasted like this every time

The Crosby character in BO1 Dies, If you follow him he eventually dies, But even if you somehow save him from the enemies he dies by an invincible shooter

They should have put McKnight in Cold War, would have made wayyyy more sense given their interaction in BO2
