For example: Maybe a low ranked team would start with pistol only, then get a specter and light shield. After switching sides they maybe can full buy, etc, etc. This gives a sense of suspense to the video as the opposing team would slowly face an increasing challenge!

Not the radiant Reyna swinging before flash takes effect.
PSA: Reyna eye has activation delay. Swinging too early may lead to death, especially against a Yoru that can TP away if actully threatened.

yeah the average player base of valorant has gotten so good the gap between diamonds and radiants isn't that big. My brother is ascendant and he tops frags his games when most of the lobby is immo and even when there's radiants, I played with him the other day and top fragged in a game with all ascendants and im plat. Even when I play against silvers/golds I bottom frag most of those games. You either play good or you play bad, the gaps aren't too big anymore.
