    I bought this kit a few months back but have been hesitant to installing it by myself. After watching your video a few times I was able to complete the install over the weekend. Thank you for your attention to detail explaining everything down to the socket size.

    Man that looked easy!!! If my math is right...I think some 43" tires will definitely fit.

    Do you need to get the truck aligned after installing the leveling kit?

    • @OrangeWiresGarage
      @OrangeWiresGarage  6 месяцев назад +1

      It’s a good idea to have it aligned afterward. You would wait a few hundred miles and then snug everyone up then get it aligned.

    Those that don't think a 1 inch spacer can give 3 inches of lift : see motion ratio.

    Im hesitant to put blocks on a truck because i had them on my second truck from the guy i bought it from and it put a lot of excess wear on my shocks

    Is the differential drop necessary?

    • @OrangeWiresGarage
      @OrangeWiresGarage  Год назад

      It is necessary to realign the angles of the cv joints on front axle. It is really easy to install and only takes a few minutes

      Interesting I have the 3/2 readylyft and mine is 4 wheel drive and instructions said not to use the diff drop. I also had to replace the needle bearing on the driver side with a solid bushing.

    Is this considered level kit?

    • @OrangeWiresGarage
      @OrangeWiresGarage  Год назад +1

      Leveling kits typically raise the front level with the back. Torchoffroad.com calls this one a lift kit since it raises the front and the rear and still takes out the rake to make the truck level.

      No we just like to work on trucks and Jeeps and what not after work. Kind of like a hobby.

      I just purchased the 3- 2 kit. It has diff drop and sway bar spacers. I've been having issues with a 1.5 inch leveling front kit. So hopefully this fixes the issue.
