Love the recipes you shared am definitely making these and the ghost==got the stuff today at hobby lobby to make them--couldnt find the pasta you used at the grocery store I was in but got some small noodles :)
I never have an issue with freezer burn. I either use a freezer bag or an air tight container. Honestly the soup is usually only in the freezer for 2 months at the most!
