Hi Sandra! Loved the video as usual. My favorite piece is the same as yours. I love, love all those different things hanging on one chain. I remember you love your bug jewelry , but please, PLEASE don't take the bee off that tiger eye!! The artist placed it there for a reason. I really think it would take away from the piece. But you know, all of this is only my opinion. You do what your heart desires and that's OK with me too! Thank you for all that you do! ❤️
Great find WOW 🤩 what a bunch of surprises, amazed that the thrift store sold you the whole box 📦 unopened. What a treasure chest 💍👑🥇🍀🌹Love IT 💐🥰Thx Gracie
Great haul! You never know what you might find at a thrift store!!! I loved the gold opal earrings and the opal pendant necklace. The antique bee necklace was wonderful! I also liked the purple amethyst necklace. I recently found a gold filled shell cameo bracelet at a thrift store for only $8.00. You never know, that is what is so much fun!
Hi! You should try putting the purple rhins w that beautiful amythist necklace ,that looks like grape candy! my fav, great video!thanks,u made my day and a shoutout to grandma❤😊
All those pieces were stunning! You did so well. Just a bit of info on the opal pendant. The opal pieces are blue/ green , flagstone patterned , dark crystal opal. And I'm 99.9% certain it's Australian opal. It is an amazing piece which really showcases the beauty of the opal. The Wedgewood Egg pendant, on a 24inch sterling chain sells for around $150 US dollars. I just thought I'd let you know about that one as well. My fave pieces, (I can't pick just one) are definitely the opal pendant, the sterling and moonstone heart, the amber pendant, the pretty beaded black heart necklace, and definitely that one of a kind necklace. I hope you enjoy your lovely finds!! ❤️
The stone beads could possibly be rainbow tourmaline.... There are some nice plastic necklaces out there.. Honestly the big ones need to be plastic or you get a neck ache.....I love the Wedgewood egg.. my grandma used to have those flowers
At 7:09, looks more like a “koi” fish, a type of carp. So nicely carved - red jade, as you say, or carnelian? Each piece and charm is unique, right down to the dangles 😍
Love the jewellery box with some beautiful treasures in it, i definitely think you go your money back and then some. Well found. Take care and thank you for sharing 👏🙏❤️
😎Hi Sandra, there's some really cool pieces of jewelry there. You're absolutely correct : you were at the right place at the right time 🎊Congratulations Sandra 🎉 Hello to your Mother ❤✌️🫶
Great finds! Especially the 925 silver/opal with oval pendant necklace...wow. Also like the necklace with the black twisty/shiny beads and cloissonne heart. Of course the One with all the different antique charms was the showstopper.
Wow what a treasure box 😍🤩 . Yes, I think Indian Agate (that beaded necklace at 13min). And the green/pink chip necklace is unakite ( my spelling might be off, sorry).
Beautiful wedge wood egg, the silver charm on first necklace could be wine or water skin, such a cool necklace, love magnets, very good for people with arthritis like me
Yes, necklace and bracelets can be tricky even without arthritis, so these magnet things are great to have. A found a few at a yard sale years ago and I do use them once in a while. Hugs, Sandra
So I call this a “virgin” jewelry box. My favorite! I sometimes find them at estate sales that aren’t done by professional companies. I’m surprised that you found this at a thrift store. Lucky timing 😉 Thank you for sharing! So exciting to see. My favorite is the assemblage piece. It’s stunning and made with beautiful antique components. ❤
I call them virgin too haha. Nobody else looked at it and I was the only one standing nearby. I think it helped that I offered $40. If I said $10 or $20 I don’t think they would’ve gone for it. Hugs!!
I do like some plastic necklaces, and that one is a beaute! The amethyst looks kind of native-made. Maybe a better examination of the clasp? great luck with the gold, esp the bee! I think the pretty beaded necklace is a mixture of Indian jasper and maybe some agates...like the length on it.
I think you must have a horseshoe hidden on your person(lol). There’s no way where I live, thrift store employees would just sell the jewelry box with all the jewelry in it. They’re not naive to do that and check every item including underwear (no lie) before they put things out on the floor. Tough as a reseller in the Chicago area. Really nice necklaces😊!!
Thanks. There are thrifts near me that have crazy prices. Seriously I just shake my head. I don’t usually go to those. They make me mad! Haha. Happy hunting, I am lucky I have found a few places that sell stuff cheaply. Cheers!
Great finds. Is the acid test fallable when using clean surface? I tested a bangle at 10k very clearly 10k then the buyer claimed it was not. It was gold underneath as well meaning no other metal color was seen. They got a deal on it. Of course full refund and they are sending back. I feel like a switcheroo was done. We will see.
It is not a perfect method, as some items are heavily plated in gold with a base metal underneath. When you get it back, take it to a pawn store and tell them you are thinking selling it. They should know for sure. Although one time I took a very necklace to a pawn store and he said he couldn’t buy it u less he cut it in half! He wanted to be absolutely sure. I didn’t let him do it. Good luck to you and that for watching.
That was fun to watch. I liked the plastic beads with the stripes! Sort of psychedelic. But you should definitely keep and wear the bee necklace.
Yes! Psychedelic is a great word for it. Thank you and cheers!

Awwww thanks for the nice message. I’m keeping it as is for now. Hugs, Sandra

I know!! It’s funny you say that, there were two women who I’ve never seen working there before. I hope to see them again! Lol. Cheers
Love the eclectic piece and the blue fire opal & sterling necklace. Both are just beautiful.
Thank you so much!
Great haul! You never know what you might find at a thrift store!!! I loved the gold opal earrings and the opal pendant necklace. The antique bee necklace was wonderful! I love cameo's ❤️
Thank you so much! You’re right - it’s fun to hunt for treasure. Congrats on the cameo, I love ‘em!
What a surprise 🎉 and that was ! The jewelry in the front fooled me, because it was hiding the good stuff back behind it ! Fun video 😊❤
Right!! Thanks 😊
Yes the necklace with the bug my favorite ❤
Good taste! 😝
Love the gold and natural opal earrings! And the interesting necklace with the bee pendant. The lovely sterling opal necklace at 15:30 is lab opal.
I also really like the multicoloured stone bead necklace and the cloisonné heart necklace - both looked great on the neck!
Wow thanks for that!
Hi! You should try putting the purple rhins w that beautiful amythist necklace ,that looks like grape candy! my fav, great video!thanks,u made my day and a shoutout to grandma❤😊
Great idea!! Hope you are well. O
Love the bug on tiger eye! Fabulous
Aint he cute? ☺️ thanks!!!!
I'd say the previous owner had difficulty in opening the ring clasps, so had the magnetised clasp fitted to make life easier.
Absolutely. I actually use them occasionally myself! I have a few on hand. Thanks!!!!
$40 is definitely worth it.... it's a joy to watch
Oh how nice of you. Thank so much!
What a great find!my favorite the Amber piece and the Mother Pearl heart Great nox
Thanks a ton!
You really got some beautiful pieces.Hard to decide on a favourite.
Thanks so much 😊
Great finds, the colours in the opal piece are fabulous.
I love the colors too! Thanks!

Thanks for the info and thanks a million for watching. Hugs
Woowwe! That first necklace you pulled out of the box! I would totally keep that treasure! Awesome
I think so too!
I agree with taking the bee pendant off and making it it’s own pendant and necklace. Great find.
Thanks and thanks for watching.
The stone beads could possibly be rainbow tourmaline.... There are some nice plastic necklaces out there.. Honestly the big ones need to be plastic or you get a neck ache.....I love the Wedgewood egg.. my grandma used to have those flowers
I agree that plastic is more comfy if it’s a chunky necklace. For sure! Thanks for your input and thanks for watching. Have a good one. 😊
Wow what a deal in the jewelry box❤
Agreed! I saw a couple of the silver ones so thought it was a good buy. Ended up better than I figured!!! Cheers
At 7:09, looks more like a “koi” fish, a type of carp. So nicely carved - red jade, as you say, or carnelian? Each piece and charm is unique, right down to the dangles 😍
That is interesting, could be koi for sure. I will check it out further to be sure. Cheers
I agree on the koi. Foo Dogs look like lions to me, sometimes like dragons.
Love the jewellery box with some beautiful treasures in it, i definitely think you go your money back and then some. Well found. Take care and thank you for sharing 👏🙏❤️
Thanks so much!!!
I do love the space ship opal.
Thanks Samantha 🌸
😍😍😍😍 I’m happy you have a wonderful haul 🎉
Thank you!! 😊
I think that bead stone necklace could be fancy jasper
Yep, maybe Unakite or something similar.
Great info. Thanks so much.
"...not in a mystical way or anything." 😂
Lol - not sure if that’s the right word or not - but it seems like it’s cast a spell on me haha! Cheers!

So much fun in the jewelry box! Lots of winners!
Yes they are! Exciting stuff ! Thank you.
Wow what a treasure box 😍🤩 . Yes, I think Indian Agate (that beaded necklace at 13min). And the green/pink chip necklace is unakite ( my spelling might be off, sorry).

That's great you found gold! I was really hoping you would find more gold and silver. The bug pendant was my favorite. My best to your Mom!
That is very kind. Thank you!
Nice Haul! The green and pink stone is Unakite and is said to have healing properties of some sort. The Australian opal is stunning!
Very cool! Thanks for the info!

Great Finds! Glad you have the tools to verify what you get. Nice assortment of stone and metals. Hope you can check out the opal earrings.
Thanks so much!!
The gorgeous green multicolored large bead necklace might be imperial jasper.
Oh okay, thank you !

Amazing finds, wow! 🤩
Thanks! 😊
Yes, you have a strand of Agate my dear 😊
Okay, good to know. Thanks so much ☺️
Love unboxing!
Thanks so much 😊
Love that Chico’s necklace. It's almost as mesmerizing as your nail polish! 😊
Oh thank you! It’s called Amethyst Smoke! I didn’t know it changed colors when I bought it! Cheers
Good purchase
Thanks 👍
you can also rub two pearls together to test them, not having to use your teeth!
I will have to try that!!! Thanks for the tip.

The green and pink is Unikide and the colorful one looks like agate beads
Wonderful. Thanks for the heads up!
Wedgewood and Waterford merged.moss agates green knotted necklace, the green and pink chips are Unikite.
All good to know. Thank you kindly.
I think the blue necklace pendent made of Canadian Ammolite
Ok thanks for the info!
Your opal pendant is reconstituted opal. The chip green n ecklace is unakite.
Thanks for the info. Great.
Jade comes in all colors...
Okay, I will throw a couple of those things on my gem tester. Thank you!!

I’m obsessed with the sterling and opal pendant. Been looking for something similar for long time acutely. Interested in selling it?
Maybe. Email me! Iamthefunkypickle at gmail. Thank you!
Check that rootbeer for Amber
That’s a good thought. Will do! Thanks
@@TheFunkyPickleThrifter did it test positive for amber
I did and it tested negative. Good try tho, right? Cheers
Could be black Opal have your jewler look at it and appraise it could be worth a fortune
Good idea. I will check it out!
Hmmm I just googled and ygi stands for “ yellow gold international “= 925 sterling silver
Cool. Thank you.
😊🥰
At 14:41, looks like unakite to me…
Ok thanks for the info. xo
