    For first question there's another approach as well,
    Raindrop has two components ie: a vertical component(Vr(cos30) since he has to keep the umbrella 30 degrees from the ground view to avoid the rain) and a horizontal component Vr(sin30).)
    When he starts to run with a velocity of 10km/hr raindrop hits his head vertically, for a raindrop to hit his head vertically, the horizontal component of the raindrop must be equal to the velocity of the man.
    Vr(sin30)=10 -> Vr=20km/hr (a)
    Vr(cos30)=20*√3/2 = 10√3km/hr (b)

    For last question
    Assume x and y components in ⬅️ and ⬇️ of rain. Since velocity of rain is 5therefror x²+y²=25.
    Now velocity of man in x and y direction are 3 and ✓3 respectively. When he is going down velocity is downward only therfore x component =3 and net velocity downword would be y+√3. Now putx=3 in equation and we get y=4.
    Now net velocity of rain when man is moving is 4+√3. Then use the concept of relative motion Vr/m=Vr-Vm
    Therefore left componet would be 3 and downward component would be (4+√3)-√3=4. Hence angle would be tan arc (37•
