You probably dont give a shit but if you're bored like me during the covid times then you can watch pretty much all the latest movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Have been watching with my brother for the last couple of weeks :)
So you got hip to ACV as well too, huh? 😍 Girl I tell you...I mix ACV, water, veggie glycerin, and sunflower oil in a spray bottle...and I tell you...my skin was unbelievable. I’m not even that dark but God did a lot with the little melanin I had, lol! All praises to The Most High! Have you ever tried taking oil baths with a little bit of sunflower oil? There is literally no need for lotion afterwards. I learned from my mom, ha!
Cynthia Hunter Any oil with high in vitamin E content! Like Rice Bran Oil, Grapeseed oil, Wheat Germ Oil (135% DV per serving it said which is amazing), and Almond oil. I hype up sunflower oil because it’s high in vitamin E and it’s very thick, which means it moistures and creates a barrier on the surface of your skin to protect you from toxins in the air :) and it’s cheap! You can get in the grocery store! I both cook with it and put it on my skin
Everyone's skin is different. What works for one person won't always work for another. Exfoliating is typically done every 1- 2 weeks based on your skin's natural turn over.(how your skin shows response to product. Does it take a week or 2 or even more pretty much sign of your cell turnover) and hydrating enzyme exfoliants without fragrance work well with sensitive skin.
Yess very true .I can only exfoliate once a week.I never had problems with my skin when i was younger i just keep it clean.using ivory soap,in coca butter.Im 52 so it has worked for me for almost 40 years.
As soon as I saw the turmeric I thought of my mom lmao. She always uses turmeric and it’s called “Huruud” in my language. A very common product for women to use.
Healthy skin glow and well nourished skin is very important. I personally love the avacado oil on my face after cleansing. I will try my Amla Powder as a face mask and maybe my Aloe Vera Powder as a face mask. They both are also hair regime's. You can mix the aloe vera water, oils of choice, stir, apply to hair 15 minutes or so then rinse. Hair and scalp is amazingly cleansed. The Amla feels almost like shampoo as you rinse. Promotes growth, shine and thickness. Combining avacado oil, vitamin e oil, carrot seed oil with your favorite conditioner is nice. Like I stated oils of choice even just one you choose.💗
Yes, thanks to you Mary Jane i started to using more natural products, or making my own from it. I'm really thankful for your tips and you are my inspiration and motivation for learning languages and taking care of yourself! Lots of love and greetings from Poland! 💕
Water and oil do mix when it comes to good skin health.(internal water water and external oil) you do need good healthy fats in diet. .. I have not used the healing clay in many many years. Every blue moon i would buy. I mixed with ACV.. I tried red clay. I think it was itchy....
I’ve have been using it as a toner for about 5 years dab cotton ball in water and dab it with ACV. It has cleared my acne and my skin is so soft in the morning. Works so well!
Thank you so much, MJ. You are such an inspiration, I look forward to your videos, you've come along way. I am so PROUD of you. Can you please do an updated curly hair routine tutorial?
You are sooo beautiful!! Love from Greece🇬🇷❤️ . Also could you plz do another "sit down and chat with us" about friendships and loneliness bc i have loved soo much your previous ones😍😩?
you're vids are very helpful! I did the rice water like you said and that turned out good for me. Now i'm going to try that Indian Clay Mask with brown vinegar. I love your traveling vids ♥️♥️♥️
I literally just bought the healing clay yesterday. I plan to use it on my face as well as my underarms because I used to use regular deodorant & it has aluminum in it 😩
💞 yes first few here...love your skincare vids! Nothing wrong with repetitive tips to give, it just verify it works for you and that it is indeed a great routine!
Omg, this was sooo helpful.. Thank you!! I don't wear a lot of make up but it would be so great if my skin was clear enough for me to not wear it to work. Just bought some apple cider vinegar, and I already have the clay mask.. I'm excited to try this! 😃
hey mj i ordered and just received the carrot oil and coconut teeth whitener that you mentioned in one of your other video's. (same brands). i love it. thanks babe
@@lzshow they sell it in pharmacies and beauty supply stores where I live. Im Trinidadian. Edit: It really cleans the dirt out of my skin and calms it down but u shud mix it with rose water or water because it might be a little strong.
Thanks so much for sharing! You mentioned you cleanse 2x daily, what is your everyday cleanser? Also thanks for mentioning your exfoliater, toners and masks! My Emah taught me to use the exact same products to keep my routine down to a minimum. Listen to your mothers people, they know what they speak on!❤ looking foward to a reply!
Can you do more hair videos too? I know Ethiopia probably has a lot of great hair stuff. If you can that would be great to see. I saw you found some Amla oil there. Were there any other things that you found there that is great for the hair?
@@Maryjanebyarm Thank you for your advice. I was thinking about that. It's very sunny, but the only thing that happens is I tan or I brighten depends on the specific radiation of the sun. If it's super hot like 110 degrees, I get brighter. If its 70s, 80s, I darken.
Hey . I'm wondering what kind of olive oil do you use? Is it the kind I find in the cooking section? And rose oil..is it rose hip oil? Or rose oil. Btw I think your amazing and I love watching your videos. Thank you for all the beautiful content.
If you have extra sensitive skin, PLEASE do not use that Friedman mask!!!! Get a fragrance free scrub or skip the scrub period and just use plain water and a thick washcloth. That’ll work just as well. But that Friedman mask is awful on super sensitive skin.
You’re skin hair and body is what I aspire to have 😭
❤️❤️❤️
it's a one step process: coat yourself in oil. if you want the low-carb option, you can use cooking spray.
throw that ass in a prayer circle 🤣

I recommend a rice enzyme powder exfoliater! It’s less abrasive and gentler for the face than sugar scrubs
Witch hazel with rosewater and aloe is my go to toner. I add a few drops of tea tree oil during breakouts
