I saw one of ONE containers in Vancouver Canada the other day whilst driving to work and it reminded me of New Junction. Great video, keep up the good work, cheers, Steve
Hi my name is Phil Holt.I started on the footplate at edgeley shed on the 4th of April 1961as a fireman I did 50yrs on the footplate I finished my time out at longsight as a driver and I drove a number of HSTS and a number of class 47s Regards.Phil.
@@NewJunction very good imaging. Looked very sharp on my uhd tv- sharper than most vids. We get great stills with our cameras, don't do a lot of video with them. Maybe I should. 😀
very nice running session Richard good to see some trains , running the station has turned out beautiful really nicely done, makes the layout look great all the best al 👍👍👍👍😀
Splendid session Richard, love 66587 its a winner! Will you be bothering with any new liveried Hornby 92's? or wait for the new tooling if them! Think will buy the Cali and gbrf ones. Great session from you, enjoyed cheers Nick.
Hi, amazing running session. New junction central is really taking form! Just wondering what is the dimensions of the new junction central side of the layout from the corners of the of the backboard? Thanks!
Love the trackside views in that video Richard, it really does look the part... looking at the double slips into your station, I may have to make a change to mine as that looks much more realistic... Harwich and Parkeston having a few tweeks and tidying up before I upload a video, painfully close may let the cat out the bag ;) love the vids Richard keep em coming :)
A very nice running session and without a word from you. I was just nodding off when that diesel engine and train came through the station. Did you have the sound turned down on the others? Martin (Thailand)
Great vid as always bud. Quick question.... your 144, ever had any issues with it? And hows the glazing in yours? Just bought one and wouldnt mind a comprison, cheers
Great video Richard as always I have a network rail DBSO not Bachmann but dose have lights I used on Vine Yard but now just in a box would you like to borrow on till Bachmann do one as I think stock is to be used and not in a box under layout..... Pat
Thanks Pat, that's extremely kind of you! I'll have to pass fir now as postage is getting to expensive with all these loans 😅 but I'm truly grateful for the offer! Kindest regards Richard
I think it would be great if you did a night run with just the senary and loco lights since you've added the pilot siding and other effects that would look great
@@NewJunction of course it is! Thanks for the reply mate, I've subscribed because of it :) Currently watching your central trains DMU session from 11 months ago, I have a used 156 coming this week which I'll hopefully be able to get a video of on my channel :) Cheers!
Is it 47 a new addition to the fleet? I sorted of looked for that instead of seeing "pinky" over and over again. I noticed you added flying Scotsman in there as well!
Love the sneaky dead fly at 2:57

You never know, it might have been via New junction 😅🤣 cheers Steve!
1:45 This scene is so realistic... I mean, you even got the railway engineers to stand around all day and do nothing… :')
Haha it's all In the detail
Great video it was nice to see the class 144 at the start as well as the Inter-city class 47 and Flying Scotsman at the end! Great video overall
Thanks

Great vid as always bud. Quick question.... your 144, ever had any issues with it? And hows the glazing in yours? Just bought one and wouldnt mind a comprison, cheers
Hi Matthew, no issues my end other than sitting quite low and catching on points at slow speeds.
I noticed some points that didn’t lead anywhere, where will they lead to?
very detailed...nice
Thanks Russell!
Great Stuff Richard 👍
Thanks Mick
Nice to see some steam running too
Yep for once
Brilliant video. Do you use insulfrog or electrofrog points?
Electrofrog
Great post the pink 66 is stunning, need some WD40 on the coach wheels ha.
Standard haha
Some nice stock running there. Interesting that, despite the catenary, not a single electric in sight. Did NR dig through the cables?
Watch this space!
The point “motors” in the opening sequence; are they the DCC Concepts make?
I'm sure they are the Peco ones but I may be wrong.

Are you excited about the class 800 coaches that are going to come out
Oh yes!
Can I ask you your station lights who makes them please
Good day mate nice running session is that mr everard class 47 nice filming to
Thanks pal
0:30 Why is the buffet car at one end and the first class 0:42 at the other end of the train?
because it was being silly over pointwork lol
I think it would be great if you did a night run with just the senary and loco lights since you've added the pilot siding and other effects that would look great
Might be a tad dark
Adds to the effect
Where do you get the station please tell me
Its so cute!!!!! ;D
New Junction as it finest

Giant dead blue bottle on it's back at 3:00 :))
Never play on the track kids! 😉

So first Boris the spider on letzterinstanz channel and now a dead fly!!! Whatever next!!!!!😄😄
Conspiracy theories will start! 😅
Where do you get the announcement from
The station 😅

That's not mine, see the update for more info 👍
Love it. Whereabouts is New Junction based? Ish?
Ecml and the station loosely on Newcastle central
Will u be getting Hornby 156
Doubt it sadly
Argh, a kettle!?
Yes lol
You would think they would have finished that junction. Nothing ever seems to advance. Just like the full size railway.
Slowly does it lol
The intro says virgin trains service but the its an LNER branded HST
Bit of fun though isn't it. 😅
Great video Richard!
Thanks
