The hello panda is not Indian, it's more Asian and it's common to see some Asian and other culture items in the US Indian stores. Also, the frozen rice puff things that you showed in your haul for breakfast is a very popular breakfast item in South India, called idli (pronounced "eed"-"lee") and it is traditionally eaten with many different kind of "chutney" one if which you had purchased, the garlic chutney.
