  • Bim’s Sourdough Spring Rolls Wrap with fresh vegetables, prawns, chicken servings with peanut sauce.
    Bim’s Recipe for Sourdough Spring Rolls wraps.
    200 g. Bread flour
    100 g. Starter
    300 g. Water
    10 g. Lard
    4 g. Salt
    10 g. Sugar
    Method
    Mix everything together in large bowl until became smooth batter then rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
    Preheat the nonstick flying pan on medium low for 5 minutes.
    Pour half a cup of batter into the pan using the brush making from gauze tight with chopstick, spreading the batter evenly across the pan.
    Bake for 3 minutes until the edges spring open then flip over and bake the other side until cooked well.
    You can use this wrap make yummy fresh vegetables and chicken, prawns spring rolls like mine or make deep fried springs rolls like my previous post.
