For better video stabilization while recording and A15 doesn't have any OIS, also only 5G variant have gyroscope for EIS. So LTE variant will shake a lot since it doesn't have any OIS or Gyro for better video stabilization.

A15 feels better in hand because of the curve in the power button. They are basically the same phone, it's just that A24 has aod , a15 doesn't
