No your right, "your" forefathers and relatives would not have been able to answer the call of duty to help Europe from the evils within, because they would have been living here in Europe. But the nice folk of America would still had taken up cause without you too add to their ranks.
You wouldn´t need english (cc) if your forefathers had settled in the north. Then this language would probably have been native to you now. Just because your bloodline may have had a person who "went viking" doesn´t mean your entitled to anything. Not trying to be mean or anything.

Sorry but it was NOT the "nice folk" of Amerika that answered the call to battle ! It was us with the "shitty attitude" (primary viking export to my "Norman & Danelaw" ancestors) that manned the bombers (as my dad did!)
It just seems "wrong" to me that you "mother's boys" (the stay at home) do not have the respect to also provide an english (cc) for those of us whose fathers' "went a viking"!! You "old uncles" should have some place at the "hearth" for the "extended" family !!
