This is how you run an 800 people. Negative split or slightly positive split. Shouldn't be a big difference between your first and second lap

It’s hard to focus on every runner in a two minute time period. They can only talk about a couple and it makes sense to talk about the ones that are in front. It’s hard to predict if anyone will come from the back and win, and who it will be.
