Nil sorry for the question, but i need an advise.. I have a lvl 34 character, 11 with fighter, 23 with assassin. If i switch now to fighter again, i do a bad thing for my play through? I dont wanna create a weak fighter for late game..

It doesnt really matter unless your goal is to really, really min max. Want a strong fighter? Play as a fighter lol

Tl;dr: Play as whatever class you find enjoyable but if you want to keep a mind towards having a good character build in the endgame, focus more on HP and Stamina growth than physical attack growth as the latter isn't as impactful as it appears when reading the numbers. Also stats-wise Warrior is a good option for levelling if you're planning on playing as a Fighter endgame but want a bit more Stamina and/or a slight damage bump.
Generally speaking playing and levelling as a given class will provide a stat spread that works well for the continued use of that class or functionally similar classes (at least when played by the average player). Let's use Fighter for an example since that's what you're trying to do here:
For most people, playing as a Fighter is going to end up with them soaking up a lot more hits from enemies. However as can be seen in this video Fighter does have a lot of good options for iFrame skills, which helps with avoiding a lot of spells. So it follows that Fighter is a class that is going to be easier to play using a build with lots of HP and physical defences, with raw physical attack power as somewhat of an afterthought (still need it obviously, just not the top priority). Playing from level 1 all the way to level 200 as a Fighter nets you 5550 HP, 767 physical defence and 576 physical attack, but leaves you lacking a little in max stamina with 2570 and downright pathetic magick attack and defence (with 258 and 168 respectively). Whereas starting as Fighter and playing as Assassin from level 10-200 gives you massively less HP at 3200 and less than half the physical defence at 387, but a huge increase in physical attack power to 956 and an equal boost to stamina at 4650 (as well as identical growth in magick attack and defence). So you end up doing more damage, sure, but your survivability goes out the window, which for most people asking these types of questions is gonna be pretty important when playing as Fighter. If you've got a good grasp on the perfect blocks and don't mind having to go out and get a new shield every now and again to keep up with the bigger and badder endgame enemies then Assassin can be somewhat worth, but for newer players it is a bit of a trap imo.
Earlier I said "or functionally similar classes" though, and that does bring up another option. Although once again this maybe isn't the best route for a new player if you're finding the game difficult at all. Starting as a Fighter and going from 10-200 as Warrior grants you 4820HP (a mild decrease from Fighter but massively more than Assassin gets), 577 physical defence (about half way in between Fighter and Assassin) and 766 physical attack (which obviously less than Assassin gets but it's about that same amount more than Fighter is given) with 3120 Stamina (which is enough higher than Fighter's 2600 to feel, but not quite as freeing as Assassin's 4650) and once again the same magick attack and defence growth. So Warrior provides a nice middle of the road statistically in pretty much every important metric when it comes to actually playing Fighter in the late game.
So all of this is nice and all, but I'm gonna let you in on somewhat of an open secret when it comes to Dragon's Dogma: stats don't matter. Specifically physical and magick attack growth for characters is highly deceptive in the way it's presented, due to being (as far as I can tell) an additive system where your character's attack rating is combined with a weapon's attack rating as opposed to a multiplicative system where a weapon's attack rating is multiplied by some factor of your character's stats (or if it is a multiplicative system the scaling is extremely tame in comparison to games like Dark Souls or Dragon Age). If you give the same sword to an Assassin with 956 attack power and a Fighter with 576 attack power, the Assassin will not do anywhere near double the damage, in fact I would go so far as to say that most players wouldn't be able to tell the difference if it wasn't shown to them in a side-by-side type view as is so popular with proponents of minmaxing. In contrast, your health and stamina pools are exactly as the numbers make them seem. Fighter really can take nearly double the punishment Assassin can, even wearing the exact same armour and Assassin really can spam skills for nearly twice as long as Fighter.
But overall? If it's it's your first playthrough just play as whatever class you want to actually play in the moment instead of worrying about what your build will look like endgame, it's pretty hard to make an unusable character in this game. If you're in Normal Mode, keeping your weapons appropriately upgraded/swapping them out when necessary and are progressing in more or less then intended order (that is going through the main story before heading into the DLC) there will be no point at which you character's stats will be holding you back. Sure there are difficult enemies and areas, but having 400 less strength isn't gonna be what makes them so. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk

roll back to fighter until level 100 and then play as assassin till level 200. alternatively just play however you want because it really doesn't make that big a difference when you have endgame gear and augments.
