I bought a heating pad with Jadestones. So far, it alleviates the issue but the knots will always be in my upper arm. Going to physical therapy but don't think it works for my chronic shoulder impingement. Now have the crunching scapula. Going to orthopedic doctor this week. I went to Mexico to get this diagnosis like five years ago and his face showed concern when he gave me diagnosis. I knew even physical therapy would not alleviate it. I can only manage it with exercise.

If I thought a moist heat would help, I might moisten a hand towel and place that next to my skin and then put the heating pad on top of that.

I like the idea of this but the heating 120 volt AC emit too high EMF. If I get this I will only use the heater when it's not on me.

Look like a normal heating pad ($17) with jade stones attached to a mesh ($100+).

Hey Rambleon, you can use a regular heating pad as well. 😃

Yes. It's just what that is. Jade stone retains heat. Need scientific studies to see what other benefits besides it's just a heat modality.

Me trying to find a definitive answer…stone side or soft side against skin? Nowhere to be found on RUclips.

Is this far infrared heating pad?

trust me, don't buy infrared one that generates too much EMF. This Jade stone works great.
