Hope you enjoy the new region! I’ve been really liking it. As a pilot in real life I thought it was about time they added an airport lol. The airfield and aircraft look really cool during the aurora. Also, car visors are definitely worth checking now! You can find notes with hints to loot or new locations in them. I found one in broken railroad with a key that opened a hidden lockbox with three cured birch saplings in it.
I was wondering when you would do a video on the DLC. I got it and did a bit of wandering around already. The cave you went through in the first transfer region goes back to the top of the rope you let down. The railway bridge and the rope both exist to be shortcuts around the cave. You could have just climbed over the pile of rubble and got all the stuff you dropped back. And they said there would be more regions added later on, so I think the collapsed roads near the train station will lead to the new regions when they add them. I just can't wait until they add the mountain lions. That will be absolutely terrifying. There's just something about a big cat being interested in you that's really creepy.

You know, if you think about it, you just blow your day job and focus on this, but as much as i am sure you enjoy being chased by wolves and freezing to death, buzzing that siren and chasing bad guys in the fast lane sounds like much more fun! @@cimbaoth2742 pc is not the way to go for everyone, I prefer console play, I don't play this game, the graphics are not any better on pc than x box s, talking about the landscape man it like unreal engine 2 and unreal 5 just came out

@@benboren3332 The graphics are supposed to be a bit rough. It’s actually been improved from the hand drawn graphics initially planned during their Kickstarter campaign. I kind of wish they stuck with those old hand drawn comic book graphics.
I've been anxiously waiting for this video from you. You're definitely too hasty searching the visors, I've found keys and pictures and notes in them. Also, once you make it to the hangar, make sure to explore thoroughly so you don't miss whole spaces like I did 😉
@@Accurize2 yes, some of the things you can find dont give a prompt or pause the game. it`s easy to miss if you look away too fast. I have seen several do it. Also this update comes with some other new hiding places, for special loot. you will need to look beyond what you see. It`s not always obvious. Have a nice journey. :)

just letting you know, they have not added cougars yet. the only thing they added (for the dlc) was the new regions, tool variants, insomnia, and glimmer fog. (i think thats it) so you dont have to worry about cougars just yet

a lot of the issues were people not reading anything at all about the updates for months. People got upset that the saves wouldn't work and etc. Even though they've been advertising it for literal months that the old save files wouldn't work because of how the base game was being changed in order to improve future updates. There was plenty of warning people just didn't care to listen and then got pissy about it.
@Misfit Mistress nah it wasn't about saves it was more glitches but I didn't see anyone getting upset about it.. it's just one of those things that usually happens with a big update. Glitches are bound to be there yk.

I joined in 1974 and was in the SeaBees, (NMCB 62), it was overall a great experience.

Great video still haven't really jumped all in on the new content tho, Started 2 games on pilgrim just to mess around and see how bad the loot is messed up. Man all the posts on the forums got me worried. Started in milton cleared it and cleared mystery lake in both games. Both games had the same insane loot dropping, some cabins seems like everything that could spawn inside did, then some with nothing inside of cabinets and such. At the end or the loot runs both games had huge amounts of flares 20+, paint cans and newsprint in everything, 4 axes, 5 crowbars, 8 knifes, more cloths then a goodwill would have and more food the dam Wmart. One metal box i opened had 4 all the same 80+ condition MRE's. Forgot the 6 revolvers and over 150 rounds for it. not going to list all the crazy numbers of items i have found in just two areas. Yes this is on pilgrim and know loot is more in that setting but was never that much would need a dam uhaul to take it all now. P.s Not sure cougars are in game yet heard they will be added later in the year but i have no real info just forum chatter.

The game was free on epic games last year, which is how I actually got into it as well. Considering that - new pay2play content was something I was very much expecting.

Not sure all the details, but I have seen a note attached to a visor. So, keep a lookout for that. Could be easy to miss if you flip the visors fast and look away.

So far, not liking that they've removed the "searched" indicator from corpses/containers. 'Hoping, that's just a bug, and nothing permanent. I am glad, that they, finally, started putting things in visors. Now, yours, and other player's, searches won't be in vain ;) .
@Accurize2 As far as I know the Cougars have not been added YET. Also even though the Oak trees are there the acorns are not. They are still working on things. This region is brutal but doable. Be warned, I truly think they did this because they were tired of all the whining about 'Pleasant' Valley lol Now when you go back it will truly feel 'Pleasant'.

They’ll get the loot dialed back in. I’m not worried at all about that. I don’t believe cougars have been added yet. That will be terrifying I reckon.

When you enter the shortcut tunnel I could not see a thing. You were picking up items that were in pitch black.

You can use the fishing hook as a sewing repair kit
You need the line also to craft it.
