Survival mode #17: I couldn't believe how I escape this huge cave

Previously a Warden took me down with a single hit, then I came back to recover my items, but I couldn't get out because I forgot to bring a pickaxe.
I thought I could never get out of this cave until I discover a surprising exit :O
