i have a question for all of the moms out there. especially young moms. do you ever get tired/exhausted of cooking, cleaning, working, taking care of the kids and your husband?
if so, how do you bounce back from that?
if not, what do you do to keep going and keep yourself running?

I have a 15 month old son and it is beyond exhausting. For me, it’s mostly mental exhaustion because I’m someone who gets socially drained very easily. I need my alone time to recharge. Having a kid, there’s no alone time, no me time, no breaks. I have to ignore my depression, tiredness and irritation to keep going for him. I’m lucky to have a significant other that helps me so much with him, so it’s mostly just battling my own mental struggles. And asmr really helps!
