Snowed-in camping is good when you need to recharge your senses. It forces you to stay still and just enjoy the simplicity of an all-white landscape. I love watching a good snow storm while I'm warm and cozy inside with a cup of hot coffee. Then, the quiet and stillness after the storm is an incredible experience. It gives the illusion that the whole world has suddenly disappeared. It's like a new beginning for your body and mind. Snow is nature's way of reminding us that sometimes, it's OK to just be and not do. And there's something special about a campfire when there's snow on the ground. I could sit out there all day!
I totally agree with you!! But for whatever reason that night I just wasn’t having an enjoyable time 🤷 My shoes were soaked, the heater was having issues, ect 😆
Yup, that'll do it! It's important to have the right gear and a working heater in cold climates. Well, I hope to see a video of you & Mason snow camping this winter!⛄️

But I kept thinking to myself….”a person really isn’t any safer in their own home….someone could break through the door at any second and chances are you wouldn’t be ready!! BUT when I’m camping I have a gun nearby at all times and I’m ready!! So really it’s probably safer than being at home 🤷” Hope that helps a little and doesn’t freak ya out about being home 😂

Honey I'm sorry to hear about Frasier. Our pups hold a huge piece of our heart, they are better family than humans sometimes. Keep working with your vet to find the combination that works. My Yorkie Long hair Chihuahua lived to 19 1/2. Every crappy thing I've been through in life losing him was the worst. I'm praying for both of those sweet pups. Glad to see you have a drone. You will really enjoy discovering new areas with it. It's just been too cold all over the country, sure hope we don't have record heat temperatures this year. Always great to visit you three. Good luck with the pups, I know how you feel cause I have an old rescue that is feeling his age. Your right about the difference in temps in Arizona. I camped one night in North AZ and froze and then a week in South AZ in 70 degree beautiful weather. Quite a change for one state!! Safe travels

What awning is that if you don't mind. Did you know Because saguaros grow so slowly, it might take 50 to 75 years for them to grow their first arms. Arms are important to them because they store extra water. After 100 years, they usually have several arms.
Hey, hope you're doing well? That awning is called Maxi Trac 8ft Vehicle Awning. I purchased it from Napa auto parts when It was on sale for $100. I am very impressed with the quality!! The only downfall is that its meant to be on a normal sized vehicle and mounted about 7ft off the ground. Since the camper is much taller I actually mounted it at like a 22 degree angle and filled the gap behind the mount with silicone to keep it sealed and keep it angled downwards. I have had it on there for over and year and its still perfect!! I believe they are $145 now tho. As for the cactus info, I have heard that about their arms. Its always so amazing to me to imagine how those cactus have been standing for so long!! Thanks so much for watching and commenting.

The one I found at the base of my lemon had a 4’ rattler in it while spouse was trying to get pic of me she kept waving me away but from her angle she was looking at it sitting in hole in saquarro

It was the cheapest one on Marketplace haha. What sort o f camper do you have? My awning was just some cheap $130 one I found at AutoZone but it really surprised me how nice it was!! As for the temperature differences here in AZ there is always a 20-40 degree difference between PHX and Flagstaff. So in the hottest part of the summer it will be 118 in PHX and 80's-90's in Flagstaff. So it's still pretty warm even in the high country.

Wonder if he was scarred along the way somehow when it comes to his food bowl. 🤷 the veterinarian says some dogs are just picky and there’s nothing wrong with him. it still bums me out when he looks at me like he’s hungry, but he doesn’t want to eat what I’m giving him.
I hate winter that's why I go to Arizona in the winter I wish I could go more then the trip back home isn't fun trying to find a door way between storms to get there then 4 more months of snow wish I could stay longer but to much responsibility I have to take care of I enjoy the videos I'm a late commer so I'm watching videos over a year later
Every two months my Taffy has a bad day, you can hear her tummy gurgle from across the house it's so loud, the only food that has made her happy the longest is her prescription food i believe it's royal canine gastrointestinal but I will update in a couple of day's, she won't eat that day and she's just an unhappy girl😢..
@worklessenjoylifemore I know like 4 bucks a can. If you were in the military, you get a discount, or at least my vet does. The farmers' dog is like $ 225 every 6 weeks, and they love that stuff. What always works best for me is half the prescription and half fresh cooked chicken breast taffy is only 4 pounds so a can will last 4 days.

I tried food for sensitive stomachs and he wouldn’t eat it. I haven’t tried prescription but wow that stuff is expensive!! 💰
