You didn't even talk about Property Rental, Or Owning a Property, Zoning, Clearances, Tool & Machinery Like Tanks, Nozzles, Pipes, etc. and who owns there responsibilities. -- Maintenance, Inspection & Repair ownership. -- Lottery Sale Revenue / Profits -- Gasoline Sale Revenue / Profits -- Payrolls -- Utility Charges -- Insurance charges, etc. -- Renewal Contracts with Gas vendors & Rental renewal contracts, etc. -- Convivence Store can fill up there inventories from which wholesale providers, etc. -- What happens to expired items in Convivence Store. If someone talks about these pointers then they can understand value of a actual Gas Station Service business, if they want to purchase or start there own from scratch. So, thumbs down to this video for poor knowledge.
