Gas stations here in California are very profitable for the most part.. if you franchise, youll have success. Even a small mom and pop gas station makes money.

Take advice only from Gas station owners who has been owning and operating Gas stations for many years not RUclipsrs otherwise you will end up in rekt city, I have seen so many people losing all their investment money in my 30 years experience owning and operating because some people they have no knowledge or hasn’t operated a Gas stations for at least 5 years and they think they can handle a Gas station but it’s not as easy as it sounds.🇺🇸

Like you said, I made a lot of dollars in quiz money, I couldn't withdraw the dollars, you didn't listen to me.
Only on my channel good franchise pink gas station.
I don't see any information provided in here is useful because
-- She is a Canadian talking about US business, which is not aware about.
-- Franchise & Royalty Fees are fine. You didn't even talk about Property Rental, Or Owning a Property, Zoning, Clearances, Tool & Machinery Like Tanks, Nozzles, Pipes, etc. and who owns there responsibilities.
-- Maintenance, Inspection & Repair ownership.
-- Lottery Sale Revenue / Profits
-- Gasoline Sale Revenue / Profits
-- Payrolls
-- Utility Charges
-- Insurance charges, etc.
-- Renewal Contracts with Gas vendors & Rental renewal contracts, etc.
-- Convivence Store can fill up there inventories from which wholesale providers, etc.
-- What happens to expired items in Convivence Store.
If someone talks about these pointers then they can understand value of a actual Gas Station Service business, if they want to purchase or start there own from scratch.
So, thumbs down to this video for poor knowledge.
