Do you know what it takes to earn the Expert Infantry Badge, Expert Field Medical Badge, or Expert Soldier Badge?
Find out by watching our Lancers as they demonstrate their expertise through a rigorous five days of testing. In order to earn the right to wear their respective expert badges, they completed a physical fitness assessment, land navigation test, a 12-mile ruck march, and three days of lanes covering weapons, patrolling, and medical subjects.

These badges are merely flash because certain military jobs suck for the most part and you want something to reward soldiers with in my opinion.
