This is one of those songs where I’m like “I wish everyone would block out the world for an entire day and blast Malkmus” seriously though, he’s so amazing and it bums me out sometimes that people won’t get to experience his amazing art
I'm celebrating the first day of summer this am burning nag champa, doing sun salutations, listening to this old family fav, and smiling really, really big. I was a young teenager when Jerry died, and I've always felt so incredibly lucky and thankful that I got to see the Dead twice while he was still alive. And Pavement before they broke up! And Stephen and the Jicks on this tour. Pig Lib is still my absolute fav, and I lost the amazing bonus disc long ago; so thanks a bazillion for the upload!
Old Jerry !!! Like a canary this song plays upon emotion especially when you and your ex fell in love with it together and then drifted apart she didn't like it at first but then couldn't live with out it
The Japanese export limited edition of this album is superfluous. Pig Lib plus 5 solid bonus tracks, including this masterpiece. Definitely one of Malkmus's best.
I dedicate this song to all the friends I made in college, wherever you are...

The Bass fucks me up every time.
Thanks for posting. Great song!
Should be mainstream!!!
It's better this way. Mainstream ruins art
Absolutely love Moen's drumming on this track. I assume the band is all recorded live.
Lost in the stickers on an ice cream truck
