So I did noticed that when I installed NVE in the June update of 5Real the game crashes after a while so I would advise not to install it

You have to download resource adjuster and put those files in your gta5 game directory

Every month is pretty much the same so if you have a working copy of 5Real just open up OpenIV and install the updated files from July update folder
