Leh Ladakh travel guide
We were travelling in India and decided to take flight from Delhi to leh.
We spend 7 days in Leh Ladakh in total.
The aeroplane flight and landing in Leh was amazing and the scenery out of the window was stunning.
Leh Ladakh is part of the Kashmir and Jammu region of India, which often get a lot of negative renew articles written about it. This is such a beautiful part of the world at it is sad that this area is shrouded in controversy.
The best things to do in Leh Ladakh India is visit the nub valley bu 4x4. Taking a 4x4 not he world highest road int he Himalayas is one of the best things to do in India.
The temperature of Leh was colder than Delhi but it was still warm during the days. At night the leh temperature drops and you will need a jumper and long trousers (this was in July 2019)
The altitude of Leh town is 11K feet and the roads that you drive on to get to Nubra valley are at an altitude of 18k feet - highest than Everest basecamp!
We saw the Pangong Lake - pangong tso - which was beautiful and a must see when travelling India. Pangong to leh was an easy journey via taxi and was also inexpensive.
We caught a short 2 hour flight from Delhi to Leh which cost around £00 return. We stayed in a guest house in leh called the Shaolin inn (highly recommended)

Leh is a Himalayan city in Kashmir and Jammu - one of the most beautiful places on earth.
I believe when we filmed this video in 2019 Ladakh was still considered to be part of the larger Kashmir region.

One advice you should probably not shoot if told not to. It could land you in serious trouble. While the situation in the state of J&K and laddakh is pretty normal, there are sensitive areas. So try not to shoot if told. Great video though. Hope you enjoyed your time here.
