I love the design, but I don't have the budget. So I bought the*jklux* bag. Made from high quality legal snakeskin made by local Indonesian artists. From now on I never want to buy any luxury goods.
I paid $1833 in 2018 for my mon monogram PM Neverfull, and $519 for the mon monogram mini pochette just so you know the deal you got on that! Once I saw you could get that violet interior online I lost my mind 😂 Great score! I have also tossed an LV in the wash and got great results. My very first LV was a Speedy 25 from 1992 that came from Japan on eBay. The mildewy smell was strong so I said F it. It washed up beautifully and I still have it.

If you don't pay to fix. You can super glue, or leather shoe glue. Using a tooth pick and sand any prickly parts. Then seal with resolene.

I love the color of the interior on this bag! With regards to the strap drop on the PM, I have always been sad that LV didn't make those straps long enough for a shoulder carry for even the thinnest armed person.

Love that purple interior! If you weren’t planing to laundering it, you could always use that upholstery foam cleaner too. That will remove stains, clean and deodorize. 😊 You are brave to wash that! I’ve seen videos doing it, but I’m afraid it will crack the canvas and leather during the tumbling process. Glad it turned out well! I like the first Winnie sticker you got! Can’t wait to see it on your IG taking the bag out! ❤

Hi Winnie! I just went to LV to get the handles and trim replaced from my DE Neverfull. I assume the price would be the same for yours but they quoted me $160 for the trim replacement and $340 for both of the handles.
Wow!!!!! I got the trim on the top for $100! But, this one is the pm so I bet it’s based on that. ❤️❤️❤️

15:43 Recently, I cleaned a vintage D&B drawstring and it got cracks around the top. I’ve been putzing around with Angelus Leather Filler filling in the cracks. Also, pick up some Leather CPR at Tractor Supply. That conditioner is amazing, I’ve made it my emergency contact. 😂✌🏻👜

I’ve heard of people trying and it will also take monogram with it! I know a lady on IG I’ve sent a couple bags to redo and she is excellent at painting over it. BUT! She’s in high demand! 🤣🤣💜💜💜💜

The interior came up well. I’d probably skip LV and go straight to a cobbler or bag spa and ask them if they can match the darkened leather to just redo the top. The sticker was a good idea!

I got a pre loved coated canvas Gucci rucksack and the outside is in very good condition but the material clothe on the inside is nasty, and now I’m just wondering if I should turn it inside out and chuck it the wash idk

I love that you can throw caution to the wind with these bags, girl! It looked so much cleaner after you washed it. I’ll be curious to find out how much it costs to replace the trim. I have an MM that I use a lot but frequently clean and condition to try to prevent cracks - replacement would be high on my list should this happen to me. I loved watching this one! ❤

I’m sensitive to odors but cigarettes are the one thing I cannot stand! I get headaches and sneeze constantly around them. We love the washing machine LV experiment videos! I’d like to have a neverfull someday. Fun way to do it

I've washed a LV denim bag that I purchased preloved. Turned out amazing and the vachetta wasnt damaged at all.

@WinnieBeeLV Inside out, in a large washing machine bag like you did. I think I used a very mild soap like woollight because the mustard interior had a slight smell from storage and the denim had some dirt. I treated the leather before, let it air dry and then treated the leather after. So basically everything you did and already know :)
One more thing to add. I washed the denim bag over a year ago and can say there haven't been any issues with the denim or leather.

I did condition a couple times before washing but, I should have conditioned while damp to let it dry. Thats where I went wrong on this one! I’m on the learning curve! I can’t wait to try another bag with some vachetta! 💜💜💜💜

I follow someone on Instagram by the name of Luxury Restoration. She lives in Texas and does absolutely wonderful work. She has, I believe done numerous top band replacements on Neverfulls. I don’t know what she changes for that service, but I’m sure it’s less than LV. I’m assuming you’re already sent it. But this is just a thought for the future. Keep up the great work!
