Analytics example is pure gold. Just when I thought my project had to be perfect from the get-go, I'm seeing the light now. It's about making something people need, not something decked out in unnecessary features. Game on.
Your vision for app development is really great. I hope I knew that a few years before I jumped into my software journey where I lost $80,000 working with devs that always trying to add more and more features. Where you've been before?
India - great opportunity if you have 3+ months of testing devs and finding the right team. Vietnam - +- same but the price are high now. Poland - many companies in Poland belongs to Ukraine. So make conclusions ;)
Love this deep dive into the essence of "dollars with the discount"! It's like a lightbulb moment for me as I'm gearing up to launch my own thing. Realizing it's not about having all the bells and whistles from day one, but solving a real problem. Spot on advice! Is there a way to see more examples?
Honestly, diving into the whole MVP philosophy has me a bit conflicted. Sure, focusing on what truly matters is crucial, but isn't there a risk of oversimplifying? What do you think about MVP is dead concept from Aaron Dinin?
This discussion on Uberization and AI is a breath of fresh air! Been dabbling with AI tools myself and it's incredible how much you can achieve with so little. Is there a way how to build websites or apps fully with AI?
Yo, could someone throw me a bone here? Trying to wrap my head around the MVP mindset, especially when it comes to cutting features. How do you guys decide what's fluff and what's not? Struggling to make these calls for my own project. Cheers in advance!
I'm in the trenches, trying to juggle multiple project ideas, and this MVP philosophy is a revelation. Thinking of outsourcing some of the heavy lifting to focus on what truly matters. Can you recommend what should I do with outsourcing?
What about app architecture? AWS or Google Cloud? And can you recommend a tech stack? I'm planning to build an e-learning app and I'm afraid that servers can go down.
Python or Node.js for back-end, Angular or React for front-end, mobile apps if they are simple than Flutter. AWS. It's better to make a website, mobile apps are overrated
A bit skeptical here about the whole MVP approach. Sure, keeping it simple is great, but what if you cut too much and end up with a half-baked product? There's a fine line between minimal and insufficient, right?
You can create just one feature and if it solves peoples problem then you Gucci. The thing is that you do not need a software sometimes to solve peoples problem ;)
Wow so much to digest. Thanks. Just a quick one, how do you create your interactive slides? Which software do you use and can you suggest websites to get animated icons for FREE. Thanks for all your support
Hey John, there are no free tools. Everything that is free will produce awful results. This job has been done by a team of 8 people. Custom design in Figma and then custom animations in AE. 5 months of hard work. There is no silver bullet and free tools that can do anything like that.
You have an informative content. I salute your video editor. Which app do you use to create your infograhics? They seem like Webflow landing pages but how do you animate them? I've so far watched 2 of your videos and they are nice.
Many thanks! It's a custom design that we develop in Figma + animations using AE. We have a team of 8 people that are working on each and every video :)

Doing MVP test. This is gold. Thank you!
I will save this video and show it to all my devs! Finally, someone explain HOW IT SHOULD WORK!!!!
Thank you Sir!
Wow, finally someone who gets it! Looks aren’t everything; solving real problems is what counts. Love this!
Thanks!
Love your focus on real solutions. God bless you!
Thanks!
Love your masterclass in UX & Marketing. Thanks for leading!
Glad you like them!
Your presentation should be the gold standard. Solving real problems first is crucial. Big fan here!
Thanks!

Great!

Sorry to hear that, but it's a standard problem that I'm hearing many many times
Ukraine looks like an eye-opener. But what about India, Vietnam or even Poland?
India - great opportunity if you have 3+ months of testing devs and finding the right team.
Vietnam - +- same but the price are high now.
Poland - many companies in Poland belongs to Ukraine. So make conclusions ;)

Yes, I will prepare more soon in my next videos and Telegram channel. Join
Nailed it with the click minimization. Big fan of your approach!
Thank you!
Yes! Understanding users before coding is crucial. Thanks for sharing!
Your welcome!
Reducing friction for users is genius. Every click matters. More devs need to hear this!
Agree!
Wish more developers thought like you. Brilliant!
Wow, thanks!

Amazing question. I'm planning to chat about Aaron article in my Telegram channel. Please join

Not yet. But AI will become a helper to build many tools soon. Just wait 1-2 years and many thing would be so interesting.
Thanks for the wisdom!
My pleasure!

Remove 90% of features and make only one or two :)
So true! Functionality over flashy UI any day. Making things accessible is what matters. Refreshing take!
Always!
I'm in the trenches, trying to juggle multiple project ideas, and this MVP philosophy is a revelation. Thinking of outsourcing some of the heavy lifting to focus on what truly matters. Can you recommend what should I do with outsourcing?
Software development services. Marketing and sales MUST be fully on you
What about app architecture? AWS or Google Cloud? And can you recommend a tech stack? I'm planning to build an e-learning app and I'm afraid that servers can go down.
AWS is good infrastructure. Just do not forget to use EC2 + RDS + S3 + AutoScaling services and everything will be good.
What tech stack would you recommend for educational app? And app or website? Thanks for the advice!
Python or Node.js for back-end, Angular or React for front-end, mobile apps if they are simple than Flutter. AWS. It's better to make a website, mobile apps are overrated
You are the best youtuber, you should deserve 1 million sub bro ❤
Many many thanks!
Very very great video. I'm on my way to create my very first small website. The suggestions gives insightful directions on where I should go.
Glad it was helpful!
Love the simplicity of business plans. Lean Canvas looks like can save us. Any advice on how it can be connected or transformed to a pitch deck?
I will make a video about pitch deck and funding soon

Love your AI thoughts and AI tools. Tnx!
:) Nice
Glad you like it!
Thanks for this great video, i have a question please, which software you use for your videos "slides and animation" , Thank you.
Custom Figma design, + AE for animations. Team of 8 people and 5 months of hard work ;)
Why is Flutterflow a "disaster"? Please go into detail.
Time for app creation, database, database SQL requests, scalability, security, code layers structure, architecture, etc.
omg how do you make this amazing (powerpoint or what)!?
Custom Figma design + AE for animations, 8 people, 5 month of hard work :) Something like that ;)
Hey folks, just stumbled upon this unfair advantage. What would you recommend?
It's something that you have and no one else
