*thoughts* This is a VERY stupid but entertaining show. it has some decent fights and lots of fan service. *Spoilers* 2 Things i really liked about this show. 1.The nude swords woman. not only did it provide fan service but it was a nice change from that "Kyaa!" nonsense. having a girl comfortable with being seen was just simply amazing. it's extremely rare you get this kind of maturity. 2.in a battle series with (especially with blood) it's pretty rare for mean and women to be fighting without discrimination. this was incredibly satisfying to see. (sadly this had at least 1 moment) *whats wrong with this* where do i begin... This show has a bit of a issue with tell don't show. i don't want to hear about events i want to see them the backstories that we did get for the 5 swords were too short. i would of liked them to get more time. and give stories to those that did not have one. The world is extremely unbelievable. and i don't even mean the fights. excluding the male lead and the green haired 5 sword member. it's unclear why everyone else acts the way they do. this disturbing acceptance of excessive violence while preaching peace. yet...they find anything sexual wrong... and for men to cross dress... this is a school not a prison. they really do not have the right to do this. and this insane mindset is being drilled into everyone for years. when these monsters graduate and go into society. i cannot imagine it will be a good thing. women adapted to unnecessary violence.men afraid of abusive women and refuse to have children. ^ then you have specific cases like the mas girls mother.what sane person would do that to her child for that reason? what sane person would torture a guy for being in a picture with a nude girl? then have the audacity to apologize when someone tells them it was a prank and be completely okay with not punishing that person? why would they punish him but not her in the first place? if they think sex is wrong they are insulting their very existence and wish for the end of humanity. their actions are make no sense.... ...this being a high school and 16-18 years old and they carry real swords...why would any government allow this? and these girls for no logical reason what so ever are completely comfortable with cutting people open and killing for insane reasons... a girl even has a BEAR on school premises there is a moment where 2 girls are about to start crying after they lost and you see the scumbag female students acting like the male who was only defending himself from violent girls with weapons.was the person in the wrong... As much as i like the crazy nude girl...she had one unreasonably dumb moment. after her battle with the male lead... she asks him why he was upset. 1.because he was blackmailed and tortured or 2.because his future is ruined. he replies with something else. and my problem is her response... it sounded like the 2 things she said were not "acceptable"answers... Not even going to explain what is wrong here... then add too all of that assuming i didn't miss anything. the last episode has the audacity to expel the male lead for interrupting peace...with intelligence like this how does this culture survive?! the series started off with the idiots of the 5 swords attacking him for no reason at all and yet he is the problem? This show has no defense. regardless if it is entertaining or not. it is retarded.
This show was my favorite guilty pleasure. Stupid and entertaining.
