This condo looks better than the new model homes here in Los Angeles. It is so Beautiful and the colors they used. Just absolutely amazing. This is worth every penny for the price.

Something I will never understand is how you have a property this big that's beach front no less, and it's only 1.3 million dollars, but then you go to Amapas and the properties a little smaller, not beach front and cost the same. When are prices going to come down in Amapas!?!?
I lived in Amapas for a few years. It’s a great community as it’s close enough to the romantic zone, high enough that you have great views and quiet. I don’t see prices decreasing in this area.
@@haus.of.masters So it's proximity to the Romanic zone which keep them high? because I really don't get it otherwise, not when I see beach front properties that are bigger going for less.
@@haus.of.masters lower conches chinas has some properties going for less than in Amapas, also Las Glorias which is like this neighborhood that's just south of the hotel zone.
