Love the one with the private pool. And it was nice that it had an outside shower next to that private pool. 12 million Thai Baht equals 340,000 United States dollar is wow. With beach view that would cost ten more in the USA.
Personally I think properties in Pattaya is not worth that kind of price. Beach town resort risks are actually much higher than city properties, prices could drop as fast as it rises depending on demand and attractiveness of the beach resort. If you look at a CBD area property in Bangkok Cassia Residences Rama 9, Starting price is about 175k for similar size. It is much more safer for foreigners to own city properties.
Oh my God, what a beautiful view, I mean the Lady first and secondry the Condor. You get really mood to buy such a Condo if the is the real estate agent.
Private Pools are always amazing but when it comes to maintenance and water bill, all the hassle of maintaining the motor pumps, clearing the moss etc, Its not really worth it. I have it before, excited and uses it almost everyday, but after a couple of months, I barely use it anymore. Unless you have the money to splurge on a maintenance contract for the pool, otherwise its highly not recommended.
Nice. Thanks for showing the places. My brother is thinking of moving there and when he decides to do it, he will buy something, either a condo or house, he said. So I'm helping him collect info and your videos are very helpful.
He can't buy a house. Non-citizens are banned from owning land in Thailand. That's why foregiengers can only buy condos. Your brother is thinking of moving there and hasn't done even that level of basic reasearch?!
@@iatsd That's what I thought but someone posted on here the other day that foreigners CAN buy a house. So i told him to do more research and get a good realtor/lawyer if he goes there. There is a lot of misinformation put out on youtube.
lovely lady, as for the condos/apartments, i don't feel safe in a high rise building event though the apartments were lovely, the kitchens were quite small compared to what i am used to
I wonder what the monthly condo fees are in these units- she didn't mention them. Also, I would be worried that many people would turn them into AirBnBs or rental units which would devalue/decrease their appeal as an owner.
@@bondking0077 I don’t see any reason why not. If there are no parties and etc … going on I understand but other than that I should do what ever I like to do according to the Thai law
What are the additional costs you would incur from living here? Like property taxes, HOA fees, utilities, garbage, water etc? I live in the US and would be interested in moving there but not familiar with what annual recurring cost’s there are living there?
You're not supposed to ask serious questions. You're supposed to look at the cute girl, buy the condo on a whim, then worry about all the surprise costs later!
Nice closet. Reminds me of many hotel rooms I’ve stayed in, only much smaller. Too cramped for me. No dishwasher or soaking tub. And what are the fees? Not mentioned, so you know they ain’t low.
What about a two bedroom with pool, 3 bedroom pool, or penthouse? I've been looking for a year now. Debate house to condo. I like this, but pool is only one bed. I need two rooms for family or visitors. I want the pool
Can you please explain why a two bedroom is 3 & 1/2 times as expensive as a one bedroom. There is only one kitchen and the square footage is around 2 times. I see this a lot and it’s different in my country. Usually, the extra bed and bath are less than 2 times a 1 bedroom. Thank you! It’s a very beautiful property!
Hi Don. I thought the exact same thing. Whether it's the Philippines or Thailand, they keep pumping out ultra-tiny condos, and the larger ones, that aren't that large at all are so over-priced, it's almost as if they're trying to punish you for wanting a place you can move around in without bumping into something. Crazy. Besides that, it's kind of silly how every place has to have ultra-slick polished floors. Haven't seen one single condo or home with matte finished slate or hardwood flooring. Nothing like being a retired farang laying in the hospital with a broken hip because condo developers just had to be over-the-top fash-fash with shiny, guaranteed to slip and fall hyper-polished, faux-marble flooring. Oh well...
I liked the last unit here with pool all around with a fantastic view of the beach. Also I believe it was two units before with a beach view from all most every room. Also I would like slower view of the gym. Does it have a leg press also? Are they still on the market?? Thank you!
Can an American buy one? What's needed for down payment? Someone told me I need to be sponsored by a Thai and deposit 10k into a Thai Bank in order to buy Thai Property?

The bathroom being integrated/connected to the bedroom is normally called an ensuite. Your English is still impressive. :)
How much is HOA maintenance fees a month and property taxes per year ???? Also how much a month to rent the 2 bedroom condo if available ?
Will advise!
Is there a hot tub?
@@johnbrower1242 So original, old man.
I appreciate her speaking English. She's doing very well. Much better than my Thai!
So you are owning a Thai? I thought times of slavery are over? O.o
My Thai, I think I might have smoked some of that, many moons ago.😂!
The one with the private swimming pool is my favorite of everything I've seen in your videos. What a great place for a simple party with friends.
I'm here only for the girl

Definitely because they are insane if they think we are here for the overpriced fancy tiny jail cells for over $100k
You know, she is here for us 😂 she is clearly saying buy for me. ❤❤❤❤❤

Move over. So am I.
Do they have the equivalent of an HOA monthly fee for the condo upkeep? If so what does that average?
From what I have seen it’s less than $100 a month but also a $13 per square meter sinking fees it’s more of a reserve fee per year
Gorgeous! The condos are also very nice.
How much are the monthly homeowners fees for each unit in the video and how much does each condo shown cost?
It would be good if they provided a price in video while showing it.
Good question - devil is in the detail. Could be a showstopper at the end of the day. Pools don’t come cheap.

I like the 1 bedroom the best. However, that balcony with the 2 bedroom is really nice with it being so large.
You can't sit on the balcony because the weather is so hot. Forget it.
I enjoyed that video, the condo looks very nice 🙂
You showed 3 units but I only caught 1 price of $112,000, how much were they each?
Hello, thanks for your presentation ! Can you please let me know more about firstly introduced one bed room 35 sqm, i.e room availabilty and price ??
Very nice!! The rooms are beautiful as well
Thanks for the excellent explanation, my question, is this for rent or for sale only ?, if can be rent how much will cost two rooms for a month.
How much is the condo fee (monthly) on the properties you show? This information is VERY IMPORTANT.
I can't help but be concerned about the building codes and standards in Thailand. Maybe they're good, but how do I know?

I wonder what the monthly condo fees are in these units- she didn't mention them. Also, I would be worried that many people would turn them into AirBnBs or rental units which would devalue/decrease their appeal as an owner.
A third problem is the quick deterioration of the condo and public areas because 40-50% of owners will not pay condo fees over time
